Ver well. During gas line installation, found small leaks in fireplace started, fixed them and brought them to code.

Setting the appointment was easy and they were able to get someone out the next day. Richard called maybe an hour before to get directions and give me an estimated time that he would be here, which was within the time frame we were given when setting the appointment. Once they got here, they went straight to work and found the issue which turned out to be 2 separate things. They fixed the problem and even told me our faucet was defective and the brand we have has a lifetime warranty with free shipping of parts. Richard fixed the faucet in the mean time and told me how to contact the manufacturer/what to say. The price was a little high but the quality was great and the 2 problems were things we couldn't have fixed ourselves so overall, everything was worth it.

S&B arrived promptly, within the hour that I called. They started working as soon as they got here very professional and clean. I would use them again.

S&B showed up just a couple of hours after my initial call and solved the problem in 15 minutes or so. They were polite and professional. I couldn't ask for anything more and will certainly call them the next time I need this kind of service.

The company was responsive to come out and assess the leak. They scheduled an appt for the following week, but they were a couple hours late to that appointment. No complaints about the quality of the work; but the price seemed excessive after talking with friends who've had similar work done. But I can't complain since I agreed to the price before they started the work.

Richard came to check it out and said we had two options. Either he could try to remove as much as possible of the lead pipe and put a new flange on it, or if that was not going to work because the lead pipe was to close to the bend in the sewer line, he would have to jack hammer the whole thing out. Which would mean a much bigger job and also having redo part of the bathroom floor and replacing the vinyl. When I came home from work I was very happy to see that the first option worked.

First shower in the new rental, easily half the water continued to come out of the tub spigot when the diverter was turned. Called S&B Plumbing Thursday morning, was scheduled to have someone come out Friday at 10:00am. It's $97.50 for them to come out, if work is done, it's applied toward the overall cost. They arrived a little early, without a phone call as stated they would by the person who scheduled the appt. The plumbers had the wrong number, right address. He checked out the problem, replaced the part, that was it. He was going to fix a leak behind the cold and hot water knobs, but the screws were stripped and it would have required cutting them off and replacing them at a cost around $200+. Being a renter, I declined. There were 2 guys, both were pleasant. The guy doing the work seemed very knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesistate calling S&B again for plumbing needs, which is good to know being new to this area. I can't comment on price, since I've been a renter forever and haven't always had to hire plumbers.

We sold our home and several plumbing problems were found on inspection. We called S&B/Sugar Land Plumbing. They scheduled our work to be done very quickly. They arrived on time, completed all work in a timely manner. Work was thorough and conscientious. They listed every item they addressed on the invoice so the buyer was aware it had been addressed. Price was very reasonable for work completed. Excellent service, excellent work, excellent company. Highly recommend.

They are professionally trained no doubt - just did not like the attitude of I'm here, take it leave it. . I have since had S&B back for more work ($300) - though expensive, the work was well done. Likely will use them for Hot Water Heater replacement in the near term.

They did what they said they would.

We were very pleased with the service we received from S&B. Our underslab plumbing was replaced by a previous owner, and it was a bit confusing to figure out what lines went where, where the clog was located, and how to get it cleaned out. But we were able to figure it all out, and we were only charged for a single trip and a standard cleanout, even though it took considerably more time than normal. A good plumber is hard to find, and in the past we have had trouble finding one. We will be calling S&B again next time we are in need of plumbing services.

Called them at 7:30 am. They were on site by 9:30 am. Repairs were complete by 11:30 am. They had to dig up and expose the water main line. There was an elbow joint that had cracked and was leaking badly. They cut out a section of the PVC line, replaced it and put the yard back in order. They were very quick and professional.

S&B Plumbing is a very good plumbing company. I have used them for many years. I have had nothing but good service from them, except for one very big problem. My only complaint is with my tankless hotwater heater that they installed February, 2007. It took almost 3 years and a lot of additional money to finally determine what was needed to be done by them to get it to work properly; supplying hot water in some kind of a timely manner and keeping the hot water going, once we got it. I think some of it was the newness of tankless hotwater heaters in 2007, as well as not getting good information from the manufacturer about what the problem might be. They did finally resolve the problem when I said I wanted it removed or fixed! Even with this major problem, I still like and use S&B Plumbing.

Pleasant office person checked the log and was able to schedule me the same day; received telephone confirmation from service person about 20 minutes before arrival. He was on time and was professional in conversation and while installing the appliance. He answered questions in understandable terms. He cleaned up the area and removed debris. I am very pleased and consider this transaction a good value.

They explained what would have to be done in sequence and went through the house with me to turn off, then back on all pilot lights. They made use of the existing steel pipe connection into the house which job estimators from Sword and TDT said was leaking and could not be used (without testing it; it was not leaking). They replaced the dirt and plants properly and all their plumbers were friendly and courteous. They made major gas line replacement a pleasure due to their cooperation with, and not condescension to, the customer.

Purchased two sets of firelogs for our home. Called S&B for installation estimate. The estimate and appointment was made. Mike came to the house in the window timeline scheduled and installed both sets within a reasonable timeframe. Both work great.

2 of our external faucets had slow leaks. We wanted all three replaced. I called on Monday and got it scheduled for Thursday. They were supposed to come between 1 and 2 pm. They called around 3: 45pm and showed up about 4:15 pm. They were very efficient. They installed the new faucets in about 45 minutes. I think that they did an excellent job. I will use them again.

Service was great - this was a non-urgent call and they were able to respond promptly. Two service technicians were sent out - Jeff and Mark - very professional. Made recommendations for future maintenance work for an old house (1976 construction).

They were very polite and prompt. They called before they came. They came in and did the job in a timely manner and then left. They know what they are doing, get it done and move on.

I had 2 toilets fixed and 1 is still leaking after 3 months. They were punctual.

It went very well. They had the whole job done very quickly and left no mess.

The guy that they sent named Adam was a superior employee and he was helpful. He did an excellent job. I can say thanks for him. Adam had a good attitude and I've already recommended them to someone.

Very well. They arrived in a timely manner, told me they could probably fix the water heater, rather than having to replace it. Fixed it quickly. They also looked at and fixed a problem with a knob in our shower.

Went very well. I had a very short time frame. They returned my calls promptly and fixed the problem in the same day.
