We have used S & B Plumbing - Sugarland Plumbing Service multiple times. They are prompt, timely, professional, and notify us if the have a delay. We would use them again and have.

I will use they again for more plumbing projects that I have in my home.

Overall, it was a positive experience with the company. The only disappointment was when I called the company to explain the service requirement, the individual on the phone tolde me that they did not replace hot water pressure relief valve and if the pressure relief valve was leaking, "it was a indication of the water heater failure and replacing the pressure relief valve was like replacing the Check Engine light on a automobile." So, the reccommendation was to replace the entire water heater :). However, after going back and forth, the man agreed to check with a fellow employee. He came back and gave me a quote. The plumber that showed up at my place was excellent. He was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. He replaced the valve in less than 30 minutes and offered to look at any other plumbing issues I was having since he was already here. He looked at the clogged sink in the lavatory and had it going in no time as well. Also, the cost for this repair was very reasonable since there was no additional charge for a service call.

I was pleased with this plumbing company in particular because of their responsiveness. The first time I contacted them was to clear a clog from my bathroom sink. I called at 3PM thinking I would be scheduled for later for a free estimate. But instead they gave me an estimate over the phone, and they came that same afternoon and took care of the problem. And while there, they told me since the clog had been relatively simple to clear, if they could be of any further assistance since they were already there. I mentioned a slight problem with my toilette (nothing major) which they took care right away too. I was happy. So then a couple of months later, when I noticed my water heater was leaking from its bottom and again I noticed it Friday afternoon at 4:45PM, I didn't think twice and I called them. The lady at the phone told me that they were mostly gone for the day, and they would possibly not be able to assist me until the following Monday. She must have sensed my concern as I didn't want to wait it out until Monday even though the water heater was not leaking excessively yet and was draining to the outside anyway. So she told me to hold for a few minutes, and when she came back on the phone, she told me that somebody would come out to my house and help me on Saturday. And Saturday, that somebody showed up and replaced my water heater. Later I found out that that somebody was the owner himself. Again I was happy and pleased with the service. Would I use them again? You bet.

Rich arrived on time and he and his assistant had both values replaced within an hour. They were both very friendly and very knowledgeable and my husband said they did an excellent job. There rates are very reasonable.

They're always quick to respond and come on time. They're always prompt and courteous and never overcharge. I like that they're kind of hometown-oriented. I would recommend them to others.

They were late getting to my house, but they called to explain the situation and propose a new time. They showed up right on time for the newly proposed time. Because they had to re-schedule they offered to do the repair for FREE! Yes, for free. Now granted it was a rather simple repair but they came prepared and had the spare parts needed to fix the toilet. While they were at my house I asked them to make the same repair on the other toilet and they did that one for free too!

Initially they came out and the leak had sealed itself.they gave it their best effort but could not find the leak. They were courteous and admitted they were stumped instead of making something up. Two weeks later the leak started again. This time they found it. Will call again.

I had called them for a Water Heater issue and the only solution the technician offered was to change the equipment giving me a huge estimate whereas in comparison the job was repairable. I insisted to offer me a repair estimate and on my insistence, the estimated was provided which was again higher. The job should have been done as it was repairable as I did contact another provider and the job was done at less than half the price quoted by them. I am a tech myself and telling me that it was not repairable was kind of trying to rip me off. This is my experience and maybe with other people this company may be good. I am just sharing my experience.

This is a really solid plumbing company. I usually have the same guy show up (he must service my area) and he is honest, fair, quick, clean, and polite. I have never felt like I was getting ripped off, and they have always been very upfront with their fees. I will continue to use them, as needed. Very pleased!

We sprung a water leak to on a pipe outside the house, the day before a holiday weekend. I called the company and was told that they were very sorry, but all of the appointments were taken for the day. I was asked for my number, and told they would call if any time slots opened up. Within 30 minutes I received a call that they would be there within 90 minutes. I received another call from the tech when he was on his way. Problem located, fixed and complete within a short amount of time. Estimate given was right on, and I was able to use an Angie's List coupon as well. Very professional and I really appreciated the extra effort to make it over to my house on a very busy day for them. I will definitely use them again!

I called and set up an appointment for the following day. Got a call back in about a half hour and was asked if it was okay to come by the same day. Said okay, they showed up in about a half hour. Fixed the problem; they broke the water spigot during the repair - replaced for no charge. They honored the $21 Angie's List coupon, so the final charge was only $144.00.

Installation went well and on time. The technicians took great care to make sure that there was no damage to flooring. The price ended up more than 10% higher than estimate which turned out to be a very sore point.

Mr. Richard and his apprentice were on time, very personable and very efficient.

Project went perfect. Call their office at 7:30 AM. Was given a price and an approximate time. Was told technician would call 20 minutes prior to arrival. The technician (Ruben) did call and was able to move my job up a bit due to an early finish on his prior assignment. I had told the dispatcher/office person the water heater was a 50 gallon when in fact it was a 40 gallon. Ruben had his assistant go and pick up the correct unit. The crew changed out the heater and all attachments, removed the old unit and left the area cleaner than they found it.This was a turnkey project by a very competent company. They will certainly get all my plumbing business.
