We feared it would be a very costly excavation job, but S&B Plumbing's outside-plumbing expert quickly found with a small dig that a fairly simple repair was all that was needed, and it was done quickly and at only a modest cost. Their hourly charges are competitive but beyond that they take pains to minimize costs for their customers. Their people are all very friendly and knowledgeable. We've been using S&B Plumbing (AKA Sugarland Plumbing) for years, for everything from installations to repairs, and we wouldn't think of calling anyone else.

Great. Professional, showed up on time, very knowledgeable and courteous. They also resolved a bathtub drip issue and I’ll be calling again for toilet installations. I’d highly recommend!

Fine. An inexpensive clamp was used instead of replacing the entire pipe with pec.

Fantastic job. Personnel (Cody, Chris and Stephan) were proffesional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Were in the home 3 days and kept every area they worked in orderly and totally cleaned at the end of each day. Minimized making holes in the walls, even though our home has minimum attic access!!! Each day insured we had at least one working bathroom. At end of job doubled check for leaks and tested each plumbing fixture in the house to make sure each worked. Did have to call the day after completion to mention one bath faucet did not abut the tile. Cody was back to adjust within an hour of my call. To top everything, Stephen (the original plumber who determined that we had a leak in the hot water line in our slab) called a day later just to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction!!!

Honest, quality work at fair price. Very professional plumbers that take time to explain things. Go above and beyond what’s expected. Austin and Justin were excellent!

Cody came out promptly to repair the leak. I had just returned from surgery to my right eye and I can't remember the other S & B employee that accompanied him. I want to thank him, too. The two of them worked very well and conversed with my son regarding the details involving the water leak. It was a very stressful day for me and I appreciate the quick response in coming out and completing the repairs. There is no more leaking from the attic. and I am very happy with the results.
