My purchased Jado faucet was missing a nut and had extraneous parts to boot. Mike and his co-worker kindly volunteered to goto C&D Hardware down the street and they successfully procured the part they needed (at no extra charge to me). Overall wonderful experience and would use this company for all services they offer.

Excellent. Prompt. Cleaned up area. Followed city code to put required splash pan, venting etc.

I have used this company before. It is very easy to schedule an appointment for an estimate. The gentleman that come out are very professional and courteous. You don't get any kind of hard sell on plumbing services; just a straight forward estimate on the repair and cost.

They showed up when they promised. They were very polite, and wasted no time in getting to work on the clogged drain. THank you so much!! We will definitely use you again :)

Discussed possibilities of adding point of service heater or recirculating hot water in pipes to improve problem. They were knowledgeable about these but were very supportive of trying an inexpensive solution and if needed later doing a major repair.

Wayne was very knowledgeable, professional and above all helpful. He took pains to make sure that the job was done right and tried to save us money at the same time. I love this company and will use them whenever I need plumbing work done.

The staff person who booked the appointment was unusually cordial. Wayne the co-owner arrived on-time for a kitchen faucet replacement, using one I had purchased myself. He replaced all the materials under the sink, and explained what he was doing as he went along. He did not try to sell me other services or trade me up to better materials. After he had finished he thoroughly cleaned up the work area. I couldn't have been more impressed. I have already recommended S&B Sugar Land to many friends because of the value, reliability, and professionalism.

Our home is over 60 years old, so we feared we were going to have to replace at least some of the supply lines to correct what had over time become chronically low water pressure in the kitchen and the master shower. Turned out that all that was required was cleaning out (and in the shower, replacing), the water flow restrictor 'valves' now required by federal regualtions. S&B diagnosed the problem immediately. They had to make a second trip with the replacement part for the shower, but they came back out in two days (after the weekend) and didn't charge us anything until the "fix" was complete.

HIGHLY recommend S&B Plumbing. I will never use another service again.

I first made a call during the latter part of November for a quote on cleaning out my drain pipes. The response was that there was a charge for the plumber to go out but would be credited toward the service if we used them. I agreed and two individuals arrived later that day promptly for inspection. After inspection, they said that another crew would have to come out and use a specialized piece of equipment called a jeter to clean out the pipes and they would call back with a time next week. A week went by with no call and then the following week, we received a call that they would come out the following Monday. Nobody showed up on Monday, Upon calling the company later, they stated that they were a man down and would come out the following day. Upon arrival the following day, they started work using the jeter and started probing at a drain in the front yard with the reasoning that this must be the drain from the drains from the back of the house. The probe then got stuck in the drain and it took two days to get the probe unstuck. The probe apparently got suck on some underground roots that had broken through the drain. After digging the probe out, it was discovered the that front drain was actually a storm drain for excess rainwater from the street so that it would drain into another underground drain. They then went to back of the house and dug up the rear drains and probe it to discover that the rear drains drained to the empty field in the lot behind my house. As the drains exits were now all underground, he did not feel that these would be worth it to get cleaned out. The service provider then set an appointment to show me the work and suggested that I get gutter expert to look at my situation. He then agreed to provide an estimate to put in new underground drains to connect with the main drain and to fill in the dirt in the holes that he had dug to investigate the rear drain on the next day. Needless to say this was never completed. I provided payment of $450 but did not agree to the total balance of $1073.75 as the problem was never fixed. All in all when you combine this with the no-shows, and the non-completion of items that were promised, it was a terrible experince with this company

There were some communication issues at first by not getting back with me. But they eventually remembered vaguely that I needed to be contacted. So they finally did contact me and came out to look at my situation at no charge then offered advice and a solution to correct my drainage problem which would not involve them. They actually recommended I call someone in a completely different area of work because they would be less expensive. But also said they would do the work if I wanted them to. I was very pleased with their assessment, attitude and attention.

A plumber and helper arrived on time completed the work and removed the trash. The new sink was a different size and configuration. They cut the counter top as necessary and replaced the drain pipes. I would definitely use them again.

Our hot water heater went out Monday night. I went to Angies List, found Sugar Land Plumbing, called them Tuesday morning and Stephen and Brad came out that morning. They were both very professional and courteous. They assessed the problem and repaired it within 20 minutes at a very reasonable price. Knowing we will need to replace our unit soon, I asked for a quote which Stephen provided. He was very thorough and detailed with his quote and explanation. I can't imagine ever going anywhere else for plumbing services.

I called suppliers and found the part they recommended. Called another plumber only to find out that it was the wrong part. So I am starting over but not with this plumber.

The men were prompt and professional. offered suggestions for other plumbing concerns. They made sure that actually was our line that was blocked and not the city's. knowledgeable and courteous

It went well. They are professional and courteous and did a good job.

My regular plumber did an inspection and noted that the water heaters t&p valve was not working. They couldn't check anode rod due to corrosion. Since both units were over 9 years old decided to go ahead and replace. The price given by the plumber seemed high, and I didn't like the brand of water heater they were going to use. Called S & B for another estimate. Mike came out a couple days later and did an inspection, gave me an estimate that was so much more reasonable. We ended up having them install the water heaters. Unfortunately , because of the difference in size from the old units, a little roof work was needed. Mike got on the phone with Ochoa roofing, and we quickly arranged a time for them to do the necessary repairs. Very pleased with the service. Will definitely call them when we need a plumber.

Both teams were very professional and answered all my questions. I will definitely call S&B Plumbing Sugar Land again for any plumbing needs.

Overall great experience. They contacted me w/in 24 hours. I sent them a picture of the problem and they sent me a quote, scheduled a repair the next day and were in and out in a short amount of time. Appreciated the quick response and fast turn around on the job. Would highly recommend to anyone w/ plumbing needs.

Purchased a new hot water heater from them and they installed and took the old one away. Replaced hardware in bathroom sinks (2), installed two carbon monoxide detectors. They did an excellent job. I had to call after hours, left message, they responded the next day and came out the next day. It was a good experience. They are my plumbers of choice.

Quick response and good work.

One of the drainage pipes outside of our home in the backyard had a slow drip which indicated a water heater leak. I decided to call S & B Plumbing in SugarLand because the company I work for, Anson Aviation, had used their services recently and the owner was very pleased with their promptness and cost. The operator at S & B Plumbing informed me that she had a technician in the area who could be on site within the hour which was fantastic. Within minutes, I received another call from the technician saying that he was only 2 minutes away! Richard (quite the character) and Larry, his assistant, promptly arrived as indicated and I proceeded to show them the slow drip outside and then led them to our upstairs attic space. He assessed the situation and told us that a new water heater, unfortunately was the only fix for our issue. I agreed and they immediately went into action. It took them only 2 hours!! This included going to pick up the new water heater, remove and replace our current water heater, bring everything up to city code, and completely clear away all the debris. These guys were great and I will definitely call them again for future repairs...but of course, I hope to not need their services for awhile.

Richard Preston has restored my confidence in service providers. He performed the work perfectly. Mr. Preston even went the extra mile to make sure we were pleased with the job.
