They said they couldn't fix the leak unless they went through the whole house and brought it up to code. So they went through the attic and fixed a few of the pipes.

There were little bumps here and there, spoke to the owner, he assured me that all of those would be taken care of, S & B is very professional and I would recommend them to anyone.

They were very efficient and very good and I have used them several times. The cost was good and they took care of the repair.

This plumbing company is first class. Customer service is their top priority. Plumbers showed up on time.

Very professional job. Arrived on time and completed work on time. Pricing matched expectations, and was lower than the alternative company I was considering. Helped with my decision process in selecting tank heaters versus tankless. I particularly appreciated the training and guidance they provided to me on maintenance. I now know how and when to flush my heaters, and perhaps can extend the life span of the new ones.

Brent and his apprentice arrived on time as scheduled. Brent did a good job on replacing the pipe. They even cleaned up afterward. His service was professional, I would definitely call again. The receptionists were excellent, I give you a rating of A+.

Very thankful to everyone at S&B Plumbing. My main water line to my house broke and I was completely without water. After I made my appointment for S&B Plumbers to come out the next day I decided to keep calling some other companies to see if I could get anything fixed that day. Well I was promised by another company that they could come that day so I stayed home from work and waited. They didn?t come until the next morning and quoted me a ridiculous price! An entire day wasted for no reason! I?m so thankful I didn?t cancel my appointment with S&B. They came on time and even called me an hour ahead of time so I didn?t have to miss extra time off work. The guys found the problem right away, and I literally saved hundreds. S&B Plumbers are now my go to guys!

It went well both Mike and his assistant were professional and went right to work on fixing the problem. Mike said the type of toilet we have has small pipes and in order to fix the problem we would probably need to change the toilet for a newer one that has bigger piping. He seemed very knowledgeable and said if I had any questions regarding plumbing or plumbing fixtures I could give him a call.

Two men came out. Examined the disposal. Got two tools and a flashlight and removed a plastic disk from the teeth of the disposal and it was fixed. Both men were courteous and efficient. One had been to my house before. Very pleasant fellows.

Quickly found the problem and made the repair. Checked all fittings and had me double check to make sure problem was resolved.

All went well. The piping to the water softener developed a leak (ruptured fitting) the next morning. The company responded and repaired in a timely manner and also repaired the sheet rock damage.

He suggested caulking my shower. He was very helpful and thorough.

They were on time and professional. They even offered suggestions on how I could replace my Moen kitchen faucet at no charge by contacting the manufacturer.

Had leak in downstairs laundry room ceiling. They responded quickly to my call and were able to schedule same-day service. Once they arrived they investigated the situation vs. immediately cutting a hole in the ceiling; and were able to diagnose the problem?which was difficult due to limited access to the attic area. They found an A/C condensation line that was in the approximate location of the leak and thought that was probably the problem. They cut the PVC pipe and cleaned out the line and repaired. Instead of doing additional costly work, suggested that I monitor the leak and see what happens. That fixed the problem! The service technicians were professional, honest and cleaned up the area after completing the work. I will use them again when I have plumbing issues.

They were very easy to call to make an appointment to come out for an estimate and then start the work soon after. They replaced the pipe throughout the house having to work in the attic the whole time. They completed the job on time and did not exceed the estimate they gave me. They were very professional and did a great job! The cost was very resonable compared to other estimates I had received.

Excellent, excellent, excellent. Arrived on time, quickly identified the problem, provided a solution and discussed alternatives. Agreed on the fix and started (and finished) work quickly. Price was excellent, another provider estimated $1500 for the same job.

promised to order shower parts to be installed in approx. three or four days. then I did not hear from them for 3 weeks I called their office at the end of each week and was promised a return call from tech Never received the call from the tech then after I contacted another plumbing company and entered a contract for services from the new plumbing service (which treated me very well and kept me informed even when unforeseen problems came up) S and B plumbing called me out of the blue and stated they were ready to install the new parts (it had been almost four weeks by that time. I then informed them that I no longer needed them because I had given up waiting for them and was using someone else. I found this amazing since they had an A+ rating from Angie's List

As USUAL S&B Plumbing came to the rescue. I have used them on three separate occasions. Each time they have been punctual, extremely courteous, very efficient, and incredibly professional. Pricing is reasonable (plumbing repairs are never cheap), but where you "save" money with S&B Plumbing is knowing you will NOT be hit up with ridiculous sales pitches. They arrive at your door ready to solve the problem quickly, and as cost-effectively as possible. I HAVE used them in the past, they met my latest plumbing needs and I WILL certainly use them AGAIN.
