Description of Work: We recently had some work done to fix our hot water heater. This is the second time we've used this company, and again we were very pleased with the quality of work. We also appreciate the professionalism, dependability and quick response to fixing our problem. We will definitely use them in future and would highly recommend them!!!

Description of Work: Replaced the guts of three toilets. On second visit repaired water leak in fourth toilet. On time. Reasonable cost. Came quickly after called. Repair persons were friendly and informative.

Description of Work: Installed vanity in 1/2 bath

Description of Work: They cleaned out a clogged sink, which was more difficult than the usual work required for this type of job. The line from the P trap to the main drain had become clogged with a slime caused by the condensation from my air conditioner units flowing into the drain just past the trap. When trying to clean out the obstruction, the snake kept going up the drain from the air conditioner rather than toward the main drain. This problem was caused by the homebuilder during construction. The employee figured out the problem, and eventually got the snake to go the right way. In addition the the drain cleanout, I had new hose bibs installed behind my washing machine. The work was done well, and the charges were very reasonable. I have used Sugar Land Plumbing before, and will use them again--tomorrow actually. They are installing new water heaters in my attic.

Description of Work: Cleaned/unclogged drain for the air conditioner. They were professional, friendly and explained the problems and solutions clearly.

Description of Work: Very professional from lady answering phone gathering information and giving estimate to the guys who arrived and did the job. They arrived when they said they would, they were efficient and worked hard to get job done professionally. There were neat, pleasant and I would definitely use them again in future.

Description of Work: The water heating needed to be re-lit each day. The service people from S&B came and said there was a loose connection to the ignitor. They said this may not be the problem, but let's tighten it and see if the problem goes away. It did and I was spared and expensive repair that other plumbing shops most likely would have recommended.

Description of Work: My wife and I noticed that floor tiles in our bathroom were very warm to the touch. Also, carpeted area in rooms adjacent to the bathroom were warm. S&B checked the line from the water heater to the bathroom shower. They installed a new T&P valve, and rerouted a line to bring it up to code. They also tightened packing on the hot water faucet in the shower. Noone could quite figure out the source of the heated tiles and adjacent carpeted areas, but upon completion of their work, the tiles and the carpeting were back to normal temperature.

Description of Work: THEY REPLACE THE MAIN WATER FEED FROM THE METER TO THE HOUSE.
