+ 1 moreConrad Schuldt w/ProSource Home Improvement just finished another rental property make ready for me. I had a very short window between tenants, and we compiled a list of 26 items. Conrad had everything done ahead of schedule. He's prompt, reliable, very professional, and reasonably priced. The best part is I never have to hover and second guess if things are done right. I can't praise him enough.
Description of Work: 26 items to make ready a rental property, including but not limited to add/re-secure gutter/downspouts, re-secure trims, deck boards, re-secure cable wire, clean dryer vent, replace kitchen faucet, adjust door frame, check light bulbs and replace if necessary, install doorstops, replace A/C filters, check smoke alarms and replace batteries if necessary, replace shower heads, repair attic door, remount loose ceiling light, adjust shower door, caulk roof joint, realign fence gate latch, replace fence pickets, patch tire cracks, caulk brick cracks.
