Pack It Movers South

The co-owner, Henry, initially called to tell us they would be at our home at the later end of the 1-3 pm window on 6/29/2019. Henry then called back right before 3 pm to say that they would not be able to come at all due to a prior move that went awry. Henry then proceeded to tell me that he would not be able to come to our home until the evening of 6/30/2019. I became upset and canceled the move. I want my $50 deposit back. And, I actually want to be reimbursed for the money spent on scheduling with another moving company. I would NEVER recommend this moving company to anyone. Henry was totally unprofessional & didn't work to provide the customer service that this situation deserved!!!!!!

I WOULD NOT HIRE PACK IT MOVERS AGAIN. STAY FAR FAR AWAY! The individual guys who work for Pack It Movers were real professionals. They were almost artful in the way they handled moving large dressers and other objects that I couldn't imagine moving up and down flights of stairs. Hats off to them for that. I also would like to commend Brock specifically, who was a real gentleman. He recognized his own fault when he accidentally drove the fully loaded moving truck over my water meter box, crushing several plumbing lines. He stepped out took photos and got on the phone with his management right away. He reassured me that by hiring a company that was "insured and bonded" (like it says on the truck!) I wouldn't be left holding the bag in any way shape or form. If I could hire Brock and the crew again, I would, in a heartbeat. But due to the management at Pack It Movers I warn anyone who reads this: just pick another moving company... The management of Pack It Movers wouldn't directly send a plumber to reestablish water at my house (and my neighbor's house). Or rather, the plumber who works for them (a former employee), knew that they wouldn't pay him quickly and in full. So I was told I had to pay him directly and then be reimbursed by the company... When there's no water in your house, you do what you have to do... so I paid him and waited for reimbursement. Issue #1 --- Reimbursement was only partial ($100 of $250 paid) Issue #2 --- Repair was incomplete. A few weeks later I discovered that the truck had also created leaks in my sprinkler system. I called Management (Henry) and was told that they weren't going to fix it, and they weren't going to pay me if I got someone else to fix it ("bonded and insured") As far as Issue #2 the data from my smart water meter makes it clear when the leak started and that it continues... (see attached pictures) There's no reason to give your business to companies that'll screw you over after they mess things up... Steer clear of Pack It Movers

Job well done! They accommodated us in many ways. They were able to fit us into their schedule within a week, did the move after business hours, provided masonite to protect building floors, provided insurance certificate for building management, wrapped and protected the furniture, worked quickly, and were pleasant to deal with. Job completed within 3.5 hours.

Great work and good move

It went amazingly fast and thebworkers were great. We called for a last min move and they showed up to save the day.

It was a great experience and the workers were delightful and respectful.
