The service response was great, but the price was ridiculous.

What a great experience. They told me about how much it would cost on the phone and they stayed with it. They did have to change the flange since it was broken and that was reasonable. I used the Angie's List coupon for 10 % off. To top it all off, one of the toilets had to be returned to Home Depot and the plumbers could not wait for me. The owner called me back directly and said he would come later to finish the install, no additional charge. How great is that!

They discovered that the problem was on the city parish side. The city parish workers came out and cleared the problem. I submitted the receipt for the work that Mocks plumbing did and was told I would be reimbursed for their charges by the city parish.

Both guys were friendly, efficient and got everything done in less than an hour. Very professional and helpful. Already lined them up to do additional work. Very pleased with the service, product, cost, timeliness and friendliness. Highly recommend using Mock for all plumbing needs.

This is the third time I've used Mock Plumbing since I purchased my home 5 years ago. Every time they have come out, they have been friendly, professional, efficient, and appropriately priced. They explain everything that they are going to do and why. Then they perform the job very quickly and with little to no disruption in my day.

They showed up when promised and did an excellent job. Despite the ground being very wet and muddy. Also, they tunneled under some sizable live oak roots.

From my first phone call, professionalism was displayed. The servicemen were here on time and completed the work in a timely manner. They explained my options and worked with me on any problems that arose. I think that I have found a reliable plumbing service that I can call on in the future.

Called to let me know they were running behind, but would still be by that day. Determined true root of the problem. Had to go up to roof to get full pressure on the clog to remove it.

Great! David was prompt and profession. He dignosised the problem, and recommended the necessary repairs. He even threw in some maintenance tips for me.

They arrived a few minutes late, but called to inform us. We reviewed the the problem and within 45 minutes it was done. We did a review of what they did and they left. It appears as if the leak has been sealed.

Mock plumbing did a great job as always. Fair price and easy to work with.

Contacted Mock to get an estimate on replacing our main water line at about 930am on a Tuesday morning. Phone line went directly to a voicemail service to which I left a detailed message. No one returned my call so we went with a different provider.

They were to dig a trench from the front corner of the house through the backyard. They did connect three downspouts to the pipe in the trench and it does drain to the back of the yard. The cleanup of the yard was not done to our satisfaction. We have large lumps of dirt/soil remaining all along the trench. And the grass that was removed for the trench was put back in a mound. The grass mound runs the full length of the trench and rises 2-3 inches above the rest of the lawn. They did not come back to cleanup or fix the height of the grass mounds.

They showed up as promised and diagnosed the issue (broken seal on drain pipe) and repaired within 30 min.

I could not have asked for more and I was lucky. I detected the leak this morning around the base of a toilet - a fixture that is just three years young. I looked on AL for a "customer-vetted" repair company and found Chris Mock who had really superb ratings. Not only that, when I called to inquire about the repair I was told that there was an opening in the jobs they'd had lined up for the day. Within an hour David - as Mr Mock said he would- arrived to assess the situation, initiate and complete the repair. Start (searching/identifying the contractor) to finish was a mere 90 minutes - that was the luck part. Unheard of service for the price paid and there was an AL discount on top of that! I was fortunate to have had so many previous reviews to guide this selection. I would use Mock again, in a heartbeat.

They did a great job. The owner hinted at one price, but the crew that came charged about $100 more. My mistake, for not haven gotten the estimate in writing.

I had a water heater replaced. Everything was done well and efficiently. They also fixed a leaking toilet connection and a loose faucet for minimal charge. The gentlemen that came were both professional. The finished product was perfect. In addition, they were punctual. I would definitely use them again for all of my plumbing needs and will recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.

Called Mock and spoke to Chris, who said they do not service the Denham Springs area. Maybe this is more of a problem with Angie's List showing ratings close by, which led me to believe Mock services Denham Springs.

Was not impressed with Mock Plumbing, Chris returned my call said he would come out to give me an estimate that has been 2 weeks ago, still haven't heard from him, had to call someone else.

The came out the day I called to access the situation and advised me to call a leak detection company to located exactly where the leak was. Upon receiving the report back from the leak detection company they scheduled to come out ASAP to make the repair. They gave me a minimum and maximum cost due to not knowing exactly the price until getting into the project. They accommodated me with turning water to the house back on and shutting hot water heater off since we had turned it off during the emergency. Luckily we had an addition on our house which allowed for another source of hot water. They did all the necessary repairs in a very timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend them!

Arrived about 2 hours late but had called to inform us that they would be late. New hot water heater not the 10 year warranty model proposed but a 6 year warranty model. Would have expected the price to be adjusted for this, it wasn't. Installation went fine. Took 2 men approximately 2 hours to do job. One did most of the work, the other came along to help with the removal. They broke the attic stairs during the installation but forgot to tell me. I found out the next time I went into the attic. I'll attempt to fix myself. Stairs still serviceable but unsafe at this time. Job done on a quoted price. Seems excessive after the fact. Will not use this vendor again except on a material and labor basis. Had to convince them to give me the correct Angie's List coupon discount and that haul off was part of the quote.
