He was very fast and did an excellent job. Also he checked to make sure there no other problems that needed fixed before leaving. We will use them again the next time a plumbing problem comes up.

Everything went really well. They were able to come out the same day I called. Everyone was very coutesou and professional.

I called to get Mock to look at my lift station pump. I was pretty sure it was shot and I just needed a new one. He came out that day to look at it, and returned with a replacement that evening, but it was cracked (from the distributor), so had to come back the next day to replace it, which went smoothly. I will use them again.

I called the night before. Apparently they have an answering service that takes calls/orders. He showed up late the next day and proceeded to quickly clean out our drain from the kitchen sink. Than he gave us some advice on how to minimize drain plugs in the future.

Chris and his colleague, Brian, showed up 15 minutes early which was great. They were very courteous. They made sure I inspected the installation before they glued it all together. Not only was the installation done correctly, but they also made sure the landscaping that they disturbed was put back the way they found it. Also, my house is usually out of their service area. But, since I was a repeat customer, Chris was willing to come to our house for the job. I appreciated that!

Chris came out the day I called and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. This is the 3rd time we have used Mock's plumbing and each time they are on time, thorough, reasonably priced, pleasant to work with and do the job right. I will continue to use Mock's for all my plumbing needs and highly recommend you do the same.

Chris has done work for me previously. When I reached out for a disposal replacement, he advised that I needed to buy the disposal I preferred, and they would install. His service tech called to see if he could come earlier than scheduled. He was in and out in less than an hour. Disposal works beautifully. Very pleased with Mock Plumbing.

Mock was very responsive; coming out the day after I called on both occasions. Unfortunately there was an issue with the craftsmanship on the first visit but they more than made up for it on the return trip. I appreciated their honesty on the issue and they did the second repair at no cost. Will definitely call them again.

I called them to do the work described above at my mom's house. They came out to review the tasks within a couple of hours. They checked out the toilets and worked with my mom to see how she wanted the bars installed in keeping with best practices. They were prompt and very courteous. They did great work. Chis Mock and his team were really superb. Arriving on time, working diligently and carefully to protect trees and plantings as much as possible. Work of this nature requires a nimble and imaginative mind to create a complete solution. The employees of Mock and the subcontractors for Gutters and Electrics were excellent at their crafts and really high quality human beings. (Sorry to say how rare that can seem these days, but these guys really are the best.) Chri checked back after after heavy rains and stopped by to make adjustments as needed until the drainage solution was complete and full functional. My wife and I could not be more happy with the result and that this project is now part of our home. And we could not be more happy with the quality and service that Chris Mock and his team provided us. I recommend him to all my friends who have any plumbing issues. He is not the cheapest and I don't think he is the most expensive either. If you want it done right the first time, with quality materials and workers Chris Mock really is your guy.

Two representatives arrived earlier even than expected and were courteous and professional. Besides fixing a problem area, they gave some good advice about using spa tub. They were here only 15 minutes, but the service was good.

Went fine. Very polite, friendly, helpful. Not sure if it was a good price, seemed high, but that might just be what gas/water plumbing costs. Very respectful of the home.

Very, very impressed! Showed up right on time. Professional appearance and vehicle. Extremely respectful and articulate about situation. Worked as quickly as possible, provided options for solutions, and did what they could to get the system at least functional until we could undergo a massive replacement of part of the system. Chris and Mark were the technicians who provided the service. They did an excellent job! After showing them what all needed to be done, Chris explained what they would be able to do in order to solve my issues. After completing the work, Chris walked me around and showed me exactly what they did. I liked the walk around that Chris did. They cleaned up after themselves. This is an excellent company who will do any future plumbing issues that I may have.

Good, professional work. Both the plumber and his helper were neat and polite. They managed to quickly clear a drain that I had tried to clear several times myself. They took their time testing and retesting the drain to make sure it was really clear. They were careful to clean up after themselves.

PLUMBER THAT ARRIVED WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. QUICK AND EFFICIENT.

We had some cable work done by a local provider. Their tech was in our attic and apparently leaned against or bumped our hot water heater. When I noticed that no hot water was coming from the faucets I went up in the attic and found the pan filled with water. I immediately called Chris Mock and he told me he could come out the day in a couple of hours. I was impressed when he called me back about 15 minutes later to tell me that he didn't think he was going to be able to make it. A lot of service people would have waited until the end of the day to call and tell you this. When I asked if there was anyone he could recommend, he suggested another company. I decided right then and there that he was someone I wanted to use based on his honesty and willingness to help me by giving me the name of another provider. Since we have two hot water heaters and the one that was broken was on the side of the house for the kitchen and not our bedroom, I decided to make an appointment for him to come out in a couple of days. He called an hour before his scheduled arrival and told me they were planning to be there in an hour. They showed up at the time he had promised and had the problem fixed in thirty minutes. Chris and his partner were very professional. I will definitely be calling him for any work needed in the future. I will also happily recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber. Just an F.Y.I....there is a $150 service call fee, but that is pretty standard with all plumbing providers.

As a Subcontract Manager for companies such as Bechtel, Fluor, and Jacobs, I get to experience more work than many. While my experience is only a single one, I am pleased with everything from the discussions with Chris Mock through the installation. While it's great to have a twenty-five year seasoned vet come and do the work, it's extremely difficult in this day to have all twenty-five year vets on staff and remain competitive. The person Chris selected to send out to do the job got the job done, was pleasant, and I believe a good person. He got the job done and was comfortable to be around - I'll probably ask for him by name if another job comes up.

He arrived when he said he would and fixed the problem quickly.

I had to fix the sink because he didn't do it. Wherever he'd go, he won't do the work. It's like he forgot that he went over there. The tenants also told me all sorts of things about him. I know that he has a lot of business that he was doing for free but he was very non-responsive and I will never call him again.
