Description of Work: I used Mock Plumbing to replace the old clay sewer line with a new PVC sewer line and install an accessible clean-out. I was impressed with how quickly they came out to give me an estimate and then when I decided to go ahead with the project they were easy to schedule and completed the work promptly. The crew that come was all friendly and professional.

Description of Work: I called Mock and told them I had a small job involving rain run off in my yard...I wanted a drain installed... I was told it would be next week before they could get out to give me an estimate and they would call before coming out... it's been 3 weeks so far and still haven't heard a word form Mock.

[Member Name Removed] Sorry you chose to write an 'F' review rather than picking up the phone and calling us again. You may not be aware that most plumbing (most service) companies are small businesses and do not have a large staff. In my case at the present time, I have me. Owner, secretary, accountant, estimator, along with doing all the jobs. I am sure that you noticed our 100+ A reviews. Those reviews are for work performed, where I do have a handful of F's which are from NO work performed. I can understand how customers take offense if I do not get back to them either in a timely manner or when I said I would. I am human. I make mistakes. I drop the ball sometimes. I am the highest rated plumber in south Louisiana which has been earned by provided quality work. If you are in need of a service and know that a particular company provides the best service around, I would encourage you to pick up the phone and ring that company back if they drop the ball.
