Chris arrived on time. He was getting ready to start excavation for sewer line and recheck the map for tie in location. He realized it was not where he thought it was. It was a further away and a tree would have to be removed to access the tie in point. He reevaluated the situation and suggest tying into the sewer/drain line for the pool. It was a closer run and nothing was in the way. He proceeded in that direction but had to break out some concrete to connect and tie in. One issue was I had ran a line under the new slab for the RV before pouring concrete and stop it just on the other side of the slab. He could tie in at this point and run the rest of the line. I did this based on where he thought the tie in was located during the estimate. Another issue arose when it was determined there was not enough fall if he tied into the pool line. So he had to locate the stub out on the opposite side of the slab thus eliminating the use of the line under the slab. No real big deal but I will now have to hook up the flexible hose and run under the RV to dump/drain the black/gray water tanks. Clean up was good and Chris honored the 10% off from Angie's List. I would use Mock Plumbing again. David

I've used Mock Plumbing several times and each time I've been totally pleased. They have my highest recommendation.

Everything went perfect. They were right on point, They did everything they said they were supposed to do with no hiccups or extras. They were in and out in about 35 minutes.

Took about 20 minutes. Repair worked. No muss not fuss. I called after lunch, they got here before dinner. Good clean job. I have used their services in the past and was equally pleased. Price is a bit high so I gave them a B in that rating . . . but the extra $20 is worth it for people I know.

I know plumbing repair is not cheap but $165 to replace the float valve--seems excessive to me. I have noticed that recently, 2 months after repair that this toilet has started to run occasionally. It seems to me that replacing the the valve would have solved this problem and lasted much longer.

He checked the house and attic for about half hour. He was timely and pilot and he explained me everything. He did not charged me as he said he do not have the equipment required to do the job as the pipe lines were 20 years old. So he suggested to call someone who have the equipment. I will use him in future.

I talked to Chris Mock and he was nothing but professional and understood the urgency of my situation. He told me what I needed to do (getting American Leak Detection out to determine where the leak was located). He coordinated with them on what they had found and he came that day. He rerouted the hot water pipe which was leaking, explained what happened, why I was finding water in different parts of my house, and the most cost efficient way to handle the repairs. He was very conscious of making minimal damage to walls that he had to access. The next step is drying out the slab and replacing most of the floors in my house and as I continue on getting my floors repaired, I at least had a positive experience - leaking slab on Sunday night and by Monday evening my plumbing is fixed, the problem is solved, and my water was back on. Amazing!! I have some remodeling work that I wanted to get done involving my bathrooms. After my experience with Mock Plumbing, I will definitely use them for this.

We have now used Mock twice at two different homes. We have found them to be reliable and very honest. On the most recent service, Chris was running fairly late but did keep us posted on his progress and did finish the work the day he promised. We would absolutely use them again.

I called and gave all my information to their dispatch. Waited most of the day, to only then be called back by Chris and be told "we don't service your area". Very poor customer service.

Went fine. It was more work than he thought but completed it very professionally w/o extra costs

I was going to spend $1,000 or more on a new water heater but Chris recommended I just replace the thermo-coupler. Thanks Chris! You saved me a bunch of money!

Well. Some issues finding parts but job was completed in a very satifactory manner.

It went much better than I expected. Chris came in and fixed our issue the day after we called. Nobody wants plumbing problems, but if you have them, Mock Plumbing was an awesome group to work with. He explained everything in detail, called American Leak Detection personally to verify their findings and even took a few minutes to speak with my husband over the phone.

They arrived on time, had all of the supplies needed to do the job. They were very polite, professional and explained what they had to do. I was very pleased with them and would call on them again and recommend them to anyone I know.

They did a lot of work. I just like the guy I mean he was good. He came he did exactly what he said. There was no whining and crying. They had do it in phases because not all the work was done on the house and we agreed to a price for the whole job and then came in in three separate occasions to do it. He came in. He did what he could do and then where there was more work done on the house he came in the second time and got caught up to where the house was and then finally after I had granite installed he came in and buttoned up the kitchen installed everything and finished up and he was on time. He didn't nickel and dime me. We did add a few things in the course of the job that he just did for me and I never had a problem with anything. He just did nice clean work.

All of the issues were corrected.

In the end, I selected Mock plumbing and was extraordinarily pleased with the decision. They arrived on site at the exact scheduled time promised and promptly located the break, employing advanced technology which was a huge savings in time and labor. The digging was surgically pinpointed to a very precise location and thus left very little evidence of soil removal and replacement after the repairs were done. A very professional and clean job. After excavating, they took the time to show me the break very near the city line, and discussed the materials and processes they would use to make it right again. There were very patient and answered any and all my questions thoroughly. Their price was very reasonable -- more than competitive with other quotes -- while leaving you with the confidence that your were indeed getting the best in the business. All-in-all, a great experience and prompt service with the least inconvenience. Definitely recommend them highly!!!

He was very responsive to my call, coming within an hour of my call. He made numerous trips in my attic as the location was very hard to access. after trying various things over a good amount of time. He explained to me in detail why he did not have the tools for my type of pipes. He gave me the names of 3 other people that should have the right tool and let me know what to tell them to explain the issue. He said he was not charging me for the call because he didn't fix anything. I thought this was overly generous, and unexpected. I would definitely call him again, and refer him to any friends.

In order to replace the faucet, it was necessary to remove the large capacity sink. It didn't take them much time. The faucet was replaced and sink was put back in place and caulked. There were no problems and the job took about an hour. Chris gave us an estimate of $150 when he had been out previously to clean our kitchen drain. The actual cost was $185. My only complaint is that he reminded me of the discount coupon that was available from Angies List AFTER I had already approved the credit card transaction. He did the same thing with the drain cleaning visit. Technically, this was my fault. However, he knew from the previous visit that I had gotten his name from AL. From a customer relationship standpoint, I would've given him an A for price if he had reminded me to go print out the coupon before the transaction.

He's excellent, we keep calling him back, he came to our house at least three to four times and he's done excellent job. Honest, timely, efficient and friendly. He's very good. He also follow that with the phone call after he left to make sure everything was okay which is unheard of. I would use him again in the future.

Job was completed late in day but we had him come back later to do some additional repairs. He was very courteous and professional, provided a price and that was the cost of each job.
