Description of Work: Mock Plumbing gave me an estimate on a drainage system for standing water in my yard. The estimate was fair, but suggested I have a service, which they did not provide, done before they could install the drainage system. They did not try to sell me something that I didn't need and was up front and honest in their assessment of my situation.

Description of Work: When we had plumbing repair done to a collapsed pipe under the concrete foundation, the company left the bricks all busted out. Mock Plumbing came the next day after calling them & had it all repaired in one day & looked like my original brick.

Description of Work: Noticed wet carpet in front of fireplace. Left an "after hours" message with Mock Plumbing. Called me back right away and came in the next morning to evaluate situation. Determined it was not a water leak but issue around chimney. Decided to check behind refrigerator in kitchen on same wall as chimney in living room, and found evidence of water there also. Professional, knowledgeable, dependable..have used Mock Plumbing in the past and will continue to use them.

 + -1 moreChris and Brandon showed up about 1 hour late due to previous job running late and tried to fix the leaky faucet, but it was beyond repair and needed replaced.We set a date for them to come back a few days later,the replacement was going well until hooking back one if the old water hose which was damaged from age.Brandon did a nifty job and completed the repair nicely.
Description of Work: Replaced kitchen faucet in a very old trailer.Also removed old broken garbage disposal. We decided not to replace with new one.

 + 0 moreI called about 8am this morning. The plumber, Chris, answered the phone but was in the truck and asked if he could call me back in 10 minutes or so. I said,"Yes". A few minutes later he called back and I described my problem. He scheduled a service call for later that morning and came by about an hour later. He did the repair and was finished in about an hour. He and his helper were neatly attired in a company uniform and they conducted themselves in a professional manor. I was delighted in their service and will call them again.
Description of Work: My water heater safety valve was diverting hot water out of it's drain. He replaced the safety valve.

Description of Work: We had a problem in a shower that we knew about. We had another plumber out that charged $100 and told me that he couldn’t do it, that it would cost a couple thousand dollars. Mock came out fixed that problem and couple others. The price was unbelievable. They were here probably 10 hours and charged me $850. I would call them in a heartbeat.

 + 0 moreWe experienced a sewer blockage on a Wednesday morning - there was water covering the floor of our guest bathroom and soaking our hallway carpet in addition to having a toilet in the other part of the house backed up. After an unsatisfying experience and wildly overpriced estimate given by another company on Wednesday, and waiting an entire day waiting for another company on Thursday, I was desperately looking for someone, anyone! to come fix the problem. I found Mock Plumbing on angies list and called them around 5pm. Christopher came out within the hour to check out the situation and give an estimate. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He contacted a backhoe operator on the spot to see if the repairs could be done that weekend. They came out at 7:45 a.m. on Sunday and had an entirely new line dug, installed, and filled by 10:30! I was extremely happy with the price and the service and will absolutely be contacting Mock Plumbing in the future when I need a plumber!

 + -1 moreI had a toilet that rocked at the base and had starting leaking water all over my floor. I hopped on google and started calling plumbing companies. Mock Plumbing was the first company that could come out that day. They were at my house within a an hour and knocked the job out pretty quick. While they were here I asked them about adding a water hose line connection to the back of our house. They said they could come back in a few hours to get it done. They showed back up at 1:00 p.m. and were finished within 2 hours. The added water line looks like it's been there since the house was built. They did an excellent job of keeping things clean as well as not disturbing my wife's flower beds. I think my family has found their go-to plumber. Thanks to Chris for all your help.
Description of Work: They replaced my toilet flange and reseated the toilet to prevent it from rocking back and forth and leaking. We also had them run a water line to rear of our house to connect a garden hose.

 + -1 moreBeing new to Baton Rouge, I did not know who to call when my kitchen sink and d/w stopped draining. After reading glowing reviews of Mock Plumbing on-line, I decided to call. I'm so glad I did! Not only were they able to come the same day, they fixed my problem quickly. They were very courteous and professional. I highly recommend Mock Plumbing, and will definitely use them again.
Description of Work: I tried everything to clear a clog in my kitchen plumbing. Both sides of my sink and d/w would not drain. A main drain from the kitchen was terribly clogged with rust and who knows what else from the old plumbing. Mock Plumbing cleared the drain. No replacement parts were needed.
