Mock Plumbing Repairs LLC

Determined where my leak was, under slab behind tub. Took out tub and repaired leak. Left old material and said they would come back and remove it, but never did. I could live with that, i just took the bags of trash to the front for the garbage men.

I call this company for an estimate a week ago around 4:15 pm. I left a voice message and a call back number but I have not received a call back. I guess they are just too busy for any new business. If a company take a week to return a call, i can only imagine how long it would take them to actually do the work. I cannot or would not recommend this company for any work, since they cannot bother to return a phone call.

Overall experience was very satisfactory.

First of all, I got a quick response to my telephone inquiry, and two plumbers arrived promptly the following morning to fix the problems with the toilet and connection. These guys did a superb job, caulking neatly around the base of the toilet, even replaced the ceramic covers over the bolts, and they cleaned up thoroughly afterward (much appreciated). I thought the price was more than reasonable AND I used their 10% coupon! They are not only competent but really nice guys, and I will definitely call them for all future plumbing needs.

I spoke with Chris on the morning of 1/25/2012. He was very professional and was able to make it to my home late that evening. They arrive around 5:30pm and were finished around 7:30pm. They were clean (actually cleaned up before leaving), friendly (explained what needed to be done) and performed the job beautifully. I feel that it was a fair price when looking at the time spent, the work quality and the late hours. I would highly recommend them to anyone and would use them again. If you call ask for Chris, he was great.

They answered the phone at 7:00 am when they open. Talked service and price. I had the information on what size, type, etc. heater to install so he didn't have to do that. Said they would be here around 9:00 am and they were. They were quick and efficient and had it installed by 11:30. Cleaned up after also. IN ADDITION (!!) they helped fix the pull-down stairs from the attic. It didn't want to go back up which I knew. And the outside faucet from which they got the hose - they installed some new insulation around it for freeze protection, which I'm grateful for because it's going to be 25 tonight. The two men were young, had absolutely no problem getting it up to the attic, and both were Master Plumbers. This was one of the best service calls I ever had - from start to finish.

My water heater had really slow recovery time after a shower. Chris came the afternoon I called. He was very conscientious about calling me throughout the day to let me know when he'd arrive and worked quickly because I had a concert to attend. He started off by changing the coupling (the thermostat) in the hopes that this cheaper step might cure my problem. It didn't. So he changed out the valve and flushed the water heater. There was a lot of grit, so he flushed it again. That fixed it. I was pleased he was willing to try conservative treatments off-the-bat and even discouraged thinking about replacing the whole unit yet (it's 16 years old) because it was in tact. I'll definitely use Mock when it is time for that replacement.

I used an Angie's List coupon deal with this company. They were early, completed the job and honored my coupon. I will use them again in the future.

They were not able to complete the work on Mon. Oct. 3 but came back the next day and finished up promptly.

They responded promptly to my call and came out to repair my problem. I was satisfied with the job that they did. I would recommend them. The plumber that they sent appeared to be professional and knowledgeable about plumbing.

Fix what needed to be fixed and provided helpful advise on the pool. Very professional and very satisfied with Mock plumbing. I recommend.

They were very professional, they were very prompt, their price was excellent, and I would definitely recommend them for any and all plumbing needs.

The plumber showed up on time, was extremely courteous, worked very hard, and completed a first rate repair and installation on schedule and within budget. We got the same good results in two previous visits when this company cleaned and repaired a sewer that had given us problems for years and replaced a clogged drain from the A/C air handler in our attic. We plan to use this company in the future.

They charged me about $170. The job went very well. They were punctual and their cost was good. They were really nice. I was really satisfied with their service. I would recommend their punctuality and politeness. Their cost wasn’t too extravagant. Overall, they were really good and provided good service. Their quality was good. They were quite responsive to my needs. I would use their services in the future too.

I did a real number on my kitchen sink and then complicated the problem by working on it myself. Yikes. The Mock guy showed up as promised and got me working within an hour. He made sure that the water flowed completely through my system and was super kind and courteous. I have some more plumbing needs in the future and will definitely call them again.

We called and made an appointment to examine a hot water heater whose pilot keep going out. Mock arrived when they said they would and determined that the thermocouple needed to be replaced. They were able to complete the work fairly quickly and we've had no more problems with the heater. The price they charged was reasonable, if a bit on the high side (like most plumbers, it seems).

I called about a week prior for an estimate and was provided one. I scheduled the appointment (a few days later I had to call and reschedule due to a conflict on my part...they were very accommodating). They were scheduled for 9:00 AM but had to call and reschedule due to a previous job taking too long. He arrived at 11:00 AM. It too about 2 hours. He was courteous and professional. When the work was completed he made sure that he had cleaned up.

Chris arrived at my house at 10AM and got right to work. He first located the hot water manifold behind the washing machine. This involved cutting a section of the sheet rock which was done cleanly. He then located and sealed off the other manifold under the hot water heater (which is located in the attic) in a closet. PEX tubing was run from the hot water heater through the attic and tied into the manifold behind the washing machine. Chris arranged for someone then to come by to repair the sheet rock. The this job took about 2 hours.

I found Mock Plumbing on Angie's List and was impressed with the feedback I read, so I gave them a call. I was very impressed with their attitude, professionalism, friendly attitude and quality of work. I have a rental house that needed lots of plumbing maintenance. The workmen were just as nice as the owner. They stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process. They were easy to work with and very neat and tidy. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled off old fixtures.The main thing that sets Mock Plumbing apart is the attention to details. They went above and beyond with their workmanship and friendliness, and their prices are great. I will use them again and again.

Water has been pooling on our carport after we drain the kitchen sink. We suspect that a pipe has broken somewhere near the kitchen, underground. There was a possibility that the clean out drain was clogged, causing the pooling, so I hired Mock to clean out the line. They did so and agreed that the problem is not fixed and will require additional services and expense. The serviceman was early to the job and professional.

Chris called to let me know he would be arriving shortly. He arrived on time & was very professional. I explained the problems we were having (flushing & filling problems on two toilets), he immediately went to work and was quickly finished. Both toilets now seem to be working fine. He also gave me some information & recommendations on a pressure issue we have been having in our home. Pricing was comparable to other plumbers we have used in the past. I will certainly use them again in the future.

Although the plumber was running a little late he did stay in touch so that I wasn't kept in suspense. He explained what he would have to do in a worst case scenario and went right to work. He installed two cutoff valves and removed the old sink for me.

Worker showed up ahead of schedule, went right to work, had all tools/materials necessary for the job, completed the work in less than two hours, was very courteous and easy to work with, the darainage problem was solved.

They arrived about an hour after I called, really nice men. I showed them the main problem - a clogged kitchen sink. They checked out the sink, identified the problem and explained everything to me. Then they fixed the problem, including replacing an old piece of pipe. I had other plumbing issues and after I showed them what I wanted, they told me how much what they had already done would cost and what the other work would be. Also that if they did the other work now I would save another service call. They were really nice, explained everything and got it done very quickly. I will use them again when I have more plumbing work to be done.
