We had trouble with a slow flushing system. Per Angie's list recommendations we called Mock. They made a couple of trips to our home before the work started to make certain the project would go smoothly. Every time out they were punctual and considerate of my time. They listened to my concerns related to the work necessary in the yard. This project required a small crew and all members were professional and courteous. The work was completed in an efficient and timely fashion.

I needed a shower fixture installed. Chris, one of the plumbers, did a very professional job. He was neat, and installed the fixture quickly and professionally. The job took approximately two and a half hours to complete. The final job looked very professional. I would definitely use Mock plumbing again.

The work was done quickly and efficiently and came in $100.00 under estimate. I am very happy with their work and will use them again if the need arises.

I was very impressed with quality of the work and the professionalism of Chris and his helper. He was running behind and did not think he could make it, but did anyway, for which I was appreciative. Will definitely use this company again.

They replaced the plumbing under my sink and put in a new garbage disposal. The price included the garbage disposal. They did a great job. They arrived when they said they would and everything worked out great.

For clarification, this is the second review I have posted for Mock Plumbing. The first one was for service on April 12, 2012. This one is for service on April 27, 2012. On April 12, 2012 Mock cleaned out the drain lines in my house to fix a recurrent backup in my washing machine drain line. I was told then by Mock that the cleaning should work for a while at least and to wait and see. Since I had the lines cleaned out previously a few years ago by a different plumbing company, I decided to have American Leak Detection, recommended by Mock, to do a visual inspection via camera of the drain lines. American Leak Detection came out and found a ruptured section of 4” main drain line, fortunately located in my backyard instead of under the foundation. I called Mock around 9am that same morning and was told they might could get to it later that day, but he would call me back. He did call me back and they sent a young man out by 12 noon. He had to dig about 3.5’ to reach the pipe, but he reached it, cut out the broken section (~12-18” long), installed replacement piping, and reburied the pipe in about two hours. And, that was digging by shovel directly under where a large cypress tree once stood so there was plenty of old roots to dig through. The technician did a superb job of putting the grass back on top and exactly the way it was, which was evident by the paint line put there by American Leak Detection. I was pleasantly surprised that he took that much care in putting the ground back exactly the way it was as best he could. It is that kind of detail that I admire and appreciate. The technician was very professional and friendly and did a great job. I would quickly recommend Mock Plumbing to friends and family and would definitely use them again if needed. As my wife said, “I think we found our plumber.”

I called Chris Mock after reading reviews from Angie's List. He answered the phone himself and arranged to meet me within 30 minutes to look at our job. He was a couple of minutes late but called promptly to let me know he was on his way. He scoped the work and gave me the options and obvious price differences between the old fashion tank water heater and tankless type I wanted. He gave me a verbal price for the job and emailed a written estimate the next day. I went with Mock Plumbing because I could tell he took his work seriously and the price was in line with what I was expecting. We set up an appointment to do the work the following week. Chris and his assistant showed up on time with everything needed to do the job which took about half a day. The work looked great! He was finalizing the job when he discovered that the new water heater was giving an error code and wouldn't work. He contacted the manufacturer for help but they only confirmed the unit was bad. This was about 4:30 PM and I was beginning to worry that I may need to rent a motel room to shower and bathe the kids. Chris called his distributor across town before they closed and raced through traffic to exchange the water heater for a good one. He showed up an hour later and had it installed in 30 minutes. Way to save the day Mock Plumbing!!

Very timely response to phone call and on time visit to job site to discuss what will be done and subsequently provide quote via email. Job had to be rescheduled twice once due to rain and once due to my schedule, both incidences were handled very well. Professionalism in all tasks was impressive.

Add me to the list of Mock Plumbing fans. Chris' estimate was reasonable, and the final price actually came in on the low side of the estimate. He was very professional, as were his employees, and he and his team tried very hard to clear the sewer line before finally having to replace the pipe. The house is over 80 years old, so they ran into some bizarre situations and took them in stride. Chris was always available by phone if I had any questions, and customer satisfaction as well as quality of work are very important to him. I was very pleased with the overall experience, the work, and the products provided. I highly recommend Mock Plumbing, and I will look no further the next time I need plumbing services. I called Mock early one morning to setup an appt. for two days later. I think I caught the guy off guard by calling so early (~7:15am). Around 9:30am the day of the appointment I had not heard from them nor seen anyone while I was at home waiting for them, so I called Mock to check on my appointment. The owner, Eric, was not aware of my appointment, but took my information and said someone would be there within 30 minutes. I’m not sure it took that long before a Mock Plumbing truck pulled up in the driveway. The guy got right to work cleaning out the drain line. He worked on the line for 30 minutes or more. We tested the line and it sounded like it was going to back up, which is normal, but it did not actually spill over. So, the guy worked on the line several more minutes. When we retested the drain it never even sounded like it was going to back up. The guy told me he was not able to break through the entire length of the line and suggested I wait and see what happens. I have setup an appointment with a leak detection company recommended by Mock just so I’ll know what the true condition of the line is. I was pleased with the service and attention. I would use Mock Plumbing again and would also recommend them.

I was very impressed with the time they took to explain what they were doing and why. Derrick, Brandon and the owner Chris were prompt, professional and did the job. I haven't used Mock Plumbing Repairs in the passed but they are the only plumbing company I will use in the future.

Called Mock early asking for same day service. They were booked, but they tried to work me in. He said they'd do a quick lunch to get to me. Well, the morning job ran over. They got to my house a bit before 5PM . . . and that was good. I was happy to get sameday services. Only problem was that it was not an easy problem. They worked nearly two hours, well past 6PM to get it done, AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. They did a good job. I've had them out three times since I first found them on Angies. GOOD PEOPLE do GOOD work and back it up. Mock is good people.

I contacted them on 4/2/12 and scheduled an appointment for 4/5/12. After waiting an hour on 4/5/12, I contacted them again. We rescheduled for 4/6/12. I never heard another word.

Courteous, friendly and professional. He addressed all the issues I had, which were plenty. Would highly recommend him.

They were not cheap, but were prompt and professional. Very careful and considerate, cleaned up after the job, gave a detailed invoice and left a business card. I would use them again.

Technician arrived the day after I called. Inspected and told me my water heater should be replaced rather than repaired because of corrosion on the bottom and build up of corrosion products internally. I believed this, since it was over thirty years old. They worked up several options for replacing it with a different types and sizes, gave me some good advice on the pros and cons of each, and made no effort to persuade me when I didn't pick the most expensive one. The got the heater and put it in the next day.

Great experience overall. I have already recommended Mock Plumbing to others. There is a reason they have great reviews. I trusted them and the work was done right at a good price.

Did a fantastic job and were very courteous and professional. The price to fix our plumbing was very reasonable. Will definitely use in the future if needed.

Mock gave me a fixed price quote that was exactly 1/2 of what another local plumber (who I have used for years) quoted. He did the work with quality materials in a timely fashion. When one toilet was not quite right. He came back at no charge and fixed the problem without any argument. He did a second job . . . a simple leaky pipe. He charged an hourly fee which was the same as my old plumber for a truck, a plumber, and an assistant. Only his assistant in a truck came out. however, the assistant, by himself, did a good job for a reasonable price . . . but not 50% off like the larger job. Guys like Mock will get popular fast, and the price will go up, but he's a reasonable guy and he would be the first I'd call for in the future.

I called and they sent a guy the next day, he arrived on time and went right to work. He was very pleasant fellow, very communicative, knew exactly what he was doing, went right to work and completed the job in about an hour. When he left, the bathroom was cleaner than when he arrived. After almost 2 months, we've had no problems. Highly recommended!

They did an excellent job. They came on or before the they promised and they stayed within the price quote. I would use them again. I highly recommend them.

No work done. Company returned call the next day, but did not come out to look at job and has not called back since.
