very professional. quality of work satisfactory. total time on job 90 minutes. toilet working fine now. this provider charges by the job not time and material. I estimate materials cost less than $50 so hourly rate approaches $200. excessive in my opinion. will not use this vendor again unless they charge on a material and labor basis. they also provided a verbal estimate to replace water heater. 10 year warantee including all labor and materials to install plus haul away old heater. see next review for how this installation went. did not get the Angie list coupon discount of 10% for the toilet repair work.

Chris worked late into the evening to get me a quote for the job quickly and efficiently. Not only did his quote come in at an amazing value but it also included a state select top-of-the-line 50 gallon hot water heater. There was a problem that arose when there was a hairline crack in the hot water heater. Chris responded and fixed it perfectly. The customer service team for Mock plumbing is very professional and effective. Chris takes pride in his plumbing jobs and in the way that he runs his business. I would use him again in the future. it was a pleasure working with him. Chris got the work done and everything works perfect. If you have any plumbing problems do yourself a favor and use Mock plumbing you will not be sorry!! Not to mention the fact that this was all cramped in during the holiday season.

Mock lived up to the ratings given by prior customers. I called them on the morning of the 13th. First of all, my call was answered and I didn't have to leave a message. I told the very courteous gentleman on the phone what my problem was and he told me that he could be at my house by noon the following day with pipe in hand for the fireplace. He also said that he would call me 30 minutes in advance so that I could leave work and meet the plumber at the house. They called me at 11:38am to tell me they were on their way. Raymond arrived at my house at about 12:10. He introduced himself and gave my his card. He assessed the work and went straight to it. He even had to make an additional trip to the shop to get a different torch for working on my faucet, but he still completed the work before 2:00pm!...AND he didn't have to take out any of my brick. I was very pleased with the work and with the professional, courteous demeanor of Raymond. I have already recommended them to my parents who need some work done at their house. Mock did exactly what they said they would do, they were timely, punctual, courteous and affordable. I would use then again,

The guys came in on time and did not waste any time getting the job done. We had a small concern with the gas stove after the installers left and the owner came by after hours and corrected our concern. They were also very professional and I will use them again in the future.

Mock Plumbing was very punctual, starting at 7:00. Chris Mock had located a small backhoe suitable for accessing my back yard. This was critical as access to my back yard is limited to a 6' x 7' opening in the breeze way from my house to the garage (at least without taking down the fence and going through my neighbor's yard with a larger backhoe). This plan decreased the hole "footprint" through my grass. Reducing the landscaping mess was appreciated. Chris Mock and his crew were very efficient and were finished by early afternoon. Using the smaller backhoe made more work for them and lengthened the job. Again, I appreciated the willingness to come up with a plan that was most convenient for me.

They did a very good job. They were very responsive and professional. They got the job done exactly as they said it would be. The scheduling was great, and they helped us out right away. I would use them again.

I called Monday night (we had shut off the water at the meter). They were there by 7:45am (they called because traffic had them a few minutes later than planned) and were done by 9am. They were very professional and polite. They came in after they were done and ran water in the sinks and tubs to get any gunk from the repair out of the line before they left.

I called them on a Friday afternoon when I tried to unstop a slow drain in the bathroom, only to stop it up completely. I also had a couple of other little things needed as well. They said they could come out on Monday, but when I told them it was the sink in our only bathroom, they said that when they finished the job they were doing, if it wasn't too late they would come out. I got a call a little while later, saying they were on their way! Within an hour my sink was draining, my shower was no longer leaking, and my garbage disposal was working!

Before calling Mock Plumbing I had American Plumbing out for an estimate, (Don't use American Plumbing!), to repair a bent spigot on the outside of my house coming out of an area of brick. American wanted $500 to fix the spigot by going through the inside of our house under the kitchen sink and having to move the garbage disposal and use a lot of Labor hours. I called Mock about this after getting the ridiculous bid from American and told them about it. I texted a picture of the spigot and they said it would be no problem and would coast about $225. I first called Mock at 4:00 on Tuesday and they were at my house the next day at 9:00 am. The two guys from Mocks were very professional and did a great job. It took them about 20 minutes to complete the job and they gave me a 10% discount for using Angie's List. It only cost me $208. And the guys also said that they will be emailing me a coupon for another 10% off on my next job with them in addition to the Angie's List 10% off. A Great Deal! Call Mock Plumbing. They are quick, professional, affordable, and they WANT your business. The other guys from American acted like they couldn't care less if I called them back or not.

I did not receive the service that was described by other reviewers on Angie's list. a) I called at 8:30 am and did not get called back for four hours b) I called on Friday morning and was told they would not be available to help until Monday c) I had to get to work and o was in a hurry. The plumber went out to the truck to generate my bill, but it took so long that I went out to check on him and he was busy with other unrelated tasks d) When I came home that evening I discovered he had left the stairway to the attic down and the lights in the attic were left on the entire time. I don't consider this a very professional way to leave a worksite. Overall, not a very good experience.

As always Chris Mock answered our phone call promptly and had someone out the next day. Their staff is always professional courteous and prompt, as well as thorough and knowledgable.

Everything went great! We had a leak at the base of the toilet. We had used Mock Plumbing before and were very satisfied with the work and so we chose to use them again for this repair. They reseated the toilet, putting a wax ring and sealing the base to the tile. They cleaned up the work area perfectly.

I have had this problem before due to root intrusion so they were able to get right on it. They were very friendly and courteous and we had a good discussion on details for a path forward.

We called about 10:30, they called me back in under 10 minutes. They said they would be here at noon, they showed up 15 minutes early, and actually had everything done by 12. Employees were extremely nice and professional.

I called Mock plumbing early in the morning and I received a quick response. Chris came out and met with me. We went to the backyard and spoke about what the issue may be. My neighbor overheard us talking and informed me that the sinkhole near our sewage line was the responsibility of the city. At that time Mr Mock told me to get away from the fence and talk to him. When I didn't comply he raised his voice at me and nudged me away from the fence. He then scolded me like a child to not listen to my neighbor. His attitude toward me was very condescending and I felt that be treated me this way because I am a woman. He also spoke to my mother and treated her the same way. When he talked to my husband he was much more respectful. I would not recommend Mock Plumbing to anyone and I have since found that our plumbing problem was the cities responsibility and ended up costing us nothing.

I recently had an inspector notate a potential leak under my hall bath. Chris and Clint came out the same day I called. Though there proved to be no leak under the hall bath, they addressed a separate issue I had in my sink. Mock Plumbing was courteous, professional, and honest. I will be recommending them to family and friends, and call them again if a plumbing need arises.

He fixed all problems. He communicated the cost to fix each problem. He stayed in contact with me. He called me when the new part came in and set up a time to fix it. Very courteous on the phone and organized.

the company came out and did an excellent job on the repair. Mr. Mock called me and checked on the work himself. I will definitely use them again.

Mr. Mock did a very thorough inspection and gave feedback on was done right and potential opportunities for improvement in the system and gave a writeup on his finding for our buyer. (We are selling the home and this inspection is in response to a home inspection report request).

Mock Plumbing was very responsive. They set an appointment to come to my home 2 days from the day that I called. They arrived promptly and had the heating element in my water heater replaced within 30 minutes. Great, professional service. I would definitely hire them again.
