Marlo's was the only contractor to reply for my difficult deck repair. They did a very nice job. Deck was leaking in rain. Time will tell if the deck repair works.

Showed up on time for both the estimate and the actual repair. Excellent quality of work. The price was higher than what we expected ( $600 for replacing a piece of trim on chimney and a minor repair on siding). We were told the high price was due to the safety issue working on the chimney of a two story house. Can not arguing with the safety concern so we went ahead for the repair. I do believe Lorenzo is a trustworthy professional and will hire them again in the future.

We could not be more pleased with the work that Lorenzo and his crew did in the complete rebuild of our deck. The workmanship was of the highest quality and we are thrilled with the result. We have enjoyed our deck for many years but it sagged and had aged. Our "new" deck, though the same in size and design as our original one, is even more beautiful than the first.
