He is very patient. He went though about 3 wall switches, 2 wall plugs and a timer to try to find the problem. Eventually, he found the miss connection. He did a very good job. Will use him again.

They called before their “window” of time. Arrived early since I was available. They did a fantastic job, cleaning up perfectly after it was completed. The price was great compared to other companies. I will use them for all my electrical services. Photos are before and after.

I called Matt in the morning, and he was able to schedule me for 3:00 that same day. He was very punctual and charged me much less than the standard rate after realizing the problem was all "user error"! I suspect that a larger company would have stuck me with a minimum charge for the visit. I would definitely hire Matt, again.

It started out well with my call for an appointment. They returned my call quickly and changed the appointment without a word when I had to reschedule. Mike and helper arrived early. Both were knowledgeable helpful and accommodating. I had not purchased enough lightbulbs and I trusted them enough to run to Lowe's leaving them in the house working. All lights were installed in one hour. They honored the Angie's List coupon and put the trash out. I will be using them in the future and I will recommend them to my neighbors. They also evaluated another issue and resolved it on the spot.

Well. The electrician was honest. Plan to use them again for some additional work.

Mike was better than excellent job, he is a true perfectionist. He is a very good guy and does excellent work. I could not have found anyone who could no any better. During the process he never tried to over sell me, he is very upfront and honest!

They came early, had the right equipment, a very tall ladder, and finished the job in less than a half hour. They were very careful when moving their ladder through the house. The cost was probably less than renting and transporting a tall ladder.

Matt arrived on time and was able to do all the work, plus a bunch of extra that we decided on when he arrived, which was significantly more than we had discussed on his initial visit. He easily was able to accommodate us, he did a great job and cleaned up after as well, he was friendly and professional throughout.

We have used Matt Dean Electrical on multiple occasions for 2 different homes and have been completely satisfied with the range of expertise and performance for both minor activities and more complex activities requiring Master electrician type qualifications. All services have been performed satisfactorily and completed in a timely manner. If you need a qualified electrician that will get the job done professionally at a competitive price, Matt is your guy.

A team of three arrived on time. They made short order of the main job then proceeded to some tedious small work in the house. They asked if I had anything else, I did but was not ready...they helped me move some storage items in the garage and required an outlet. All smiles, no problem with me supplying the parts! Got the bill, shocked, expected that. They will see more opportunity.

Mr. Dean arrived as scheduled, was friendly, attentive, and very professional. They provided protective floor tarps, were very careful of adjacent furnishings and walls, and cleaned everywhere they worked. I would gladly contact them for any future electrical services. Their price was also very acceptable.

Work scheduled by Alex to meet my date and time requirements. Matt performed all work specified in the time agreed upon. Matt coordinated with city to inspect work performed and receive city approval. Very pleased with work performed.

Alex set up the appointment time and date to my satisfaction. Matt performed the inspection of the electrical system, including every plug inside the home, the garage and in the attic. Matt prepared a detailed inspection report. I will use Matt again for any electrical needs.

I spoke with Alex, and scheduled the estimate. Matt came out on time, and we approved the estimate and scheduled the work. Everything went according to plan. He also gave input regarding our construction that was very helpful. We are very happy with the services performed.

I am so grateful to have found Matt Dean for my electrical work in updating my home! He was punctual from the very first meeting, and was always upbeat and ready to transform old to new. My kitchen had old double wall ovens (one was burned out). I had that area converted to cabinets, and the cooktop that was directly across from it taken out and a new oven/cooktop installed, as well as an overhead microwave/vent combination installed. Matt had to add more electrical to that area. It was his idea about the rope lighting behind the trim over my cabinets, and I love it! In the bathrooms, we had ugly ceiling heat lamps, and hanging lighting over the vanities. He replaced the lamps with lovely dome lights, took out the hanging lighting, and intalled beautiful fixtures over the mirrors. Matt is the best! He's professional with a fantastic sense of humor, He was so good to answer my questions, and very fairly priced.He respected my home, and was very careful. His wife was very helpful with appointments. I will call Matt Dean with any electrical work I need in the future. I trust him completely.
