Description of Work: I bought my appliances. That was the last set of appliances I purchased. I bought a stove top. One of the flat glass like stove tops where you push buttons, no nobs.

 + -1 more- Incredibly hard to find anyone to help you especially since their prices are higher - If you do find someone to help you, they are very rude and try to pass you off to someone else - There can easily be more employees than customers at a given time and you still won't find help since they try to ignore or hide from helping customers

Description of Work: "Installed a new, efficient gas water heater & removed old one (was at least 85% full of the usual crud). Also, came out ~2 weeks later & installed a new toilet, replacing a unit that could barely clear the bowl at the best of times & didn't scour effectively. |Note: The heater & toilet were purchased at Lowe's & they used one of their contractors, prepaid as part of original transaction, to do the install. One more thing, the contractors techs inspected the installation sites in a 1st visit to identify potential issues and determine what parts needed to be purchased (charged as part of original transaction) for install to be fast and efficient. Their 2nd visit was to perform the installs. I'll be more than happy to use them again!"

 + -1 morePlease see above. I reluctantly continue to use Lowe's because they have a better selection and pricing than another home improvement store, but I am not above using a different store if I can find what I am looking for next time.
Description of Work: I purchased a new dishwasher at Lowe's. It wasn't until the next day that someone called to tell me that the dishwasher I purchased was actually a special order and wouldn't arrive for three more weeks! It would have been nice to know that up front since my original dishwasher was non-functional. I was also under the impression that I would be able to receive a rebate for delivery fees, but was informed that I was not, in fact, eligible after my rebate application was denied. The independent contractor who installed the dishwasher was professional, but he did loop the dishwasher hose through my pull-out faucet hose, thereby shortening the length that the faucet hose can be pulled out. (Yes, this can be fixed, but it's a hassle.)

 + -1 moreI am fairly satisfied with the over all work they did. They showed up 2 hours late and it took them 3 days to return my phone call. They charge a really good price for the quality of work they do. They did not make a mess and made it look beautiful. I am just not happy with how long it took them to come out to do the job for me.

The company disposed of old cabinets at no extra cost and took them out carefully enough to not make a mess or dent/scratch the floor and countertops. I am really impressed with their work and highly recommend to everyone who asks.
