 + -1 moreThey come on time and always mow and edge. Continue to have weeds in the beds and they didn't do a great job trimming bushes. We've left multiple messages that haven't been returned

 + 0 moreThey designed and put in the landscape lighting. The price was high but decided to go for it. I thought maybe they charged a little more for better service....I was wrong. They put a wire over the metal edge of a walkway. Left numerous exposed wires throughout the yard. They trampled existing landscaping. Called and they did fix some but made a bigger mess.

 + -1 moreI contacted Lawn John because I wanted a local company and most of all, the ability to communicate directly with an owner to express my specific lawn care needs/expectations which was not the case with prior lawn service companies. After my initial phone call, the owner set up a time to meet at my house and we went over in detail all the work that I would like done (that other lawn services were not doing) on a regular basis so there were no misunderstandings. It is great to know that all I have to do is call or email to reach someone and I always get an immediate response. I am extremely happy with their service and I would definitely recommend Lawn John to others.
Description of Work: The monthly fee includes the cost for their crew to mow, edge, trim, blow the grass as well as regular lawn fertilization throughout the year; the annual cost is then spread out over 12 months making monthly payments consistent.
