Description of Work: Mike installed a French Drain for us in lieu of trying to get the AC system tied into plumbing, he knew what to do and how to do it. I recommend his services. Still going strong 1.5 years later!

Description of Work: Mike Maddox is very reliable, honest and trustworthy. He regularly provided our AC and Heating service in our previous home, and we could call him at any time. He helped us get some minor problems repaired as we were selling our last home, saving us a lot of expense and stress, and as usual, his service was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend him and Lakefield Heating & AC.

+ -1 moreTHE A/C NOW RUNS PERFECTLY. HIS PRICES ARE REASONABLE, HE STRIVES TO MAKE THE CUSTOMER HAPPY AND WILL USUALLY COME OUT THE SAME DAY YOU CALL.
Description of Work: THE A/C WAS NOT WORKING AT ALL SO HE REPAIRED THAT AND REPLACED THE MOTOR. THE COOLANT WAS LOW IN ALL 5 OTHER UNITS AND HE CHARGED THE UNITS.
