KDS Services - High Pressure Washing

Very pleased with KDS Services. My house, driveway, patio and sidewalks are sparkling clean. They did an outstanding job.

He did an awesome job!!! My HOA had been hounding me to get rid of mold on one side of the house, I just purchased. Kim the owner and his son were very professional. He explained to me the whole process and what he would do, and what products he used. His price was great for the whole house so I went ahead and did the whole house and it looks fantastic!!! I just bought this home and I was going to have it repainted but with the great job KDS services did I'm don't need to. His pricing was awesome too. I had called around and many places were charging double with KDS services did. Highly recommend and will definitely use again. It took 2 weeks for him to be able to do the job and I can see why he is in such high demand. Great job!!

KDS did a spectacular job! My house looks like new again! Even the windows sparkle! I get a green growth on the north side of my house that looks terrible. Their system cleaned everything off and it even got the screens clean. They are professional, explain everything in their process and did a wonderful job. They even cleaned the "fish scale" work over my bay windows. I will definitely use them in the future! The price was very reasonable, they were punctual and did everything they said they would do. I am extremely pleased with the job they did! I will also recommend them to others.

My husband came home and said "the house looks brand new!" It doesn't get better than that.

KDS arrived on time (early morning) and, as stated in our prior conversation, applied a bleach solution to all non-brick areas of our house. After allowing it to soak for a few minutes, they thoroughly washed all the mildew and dirt off our house, and cleaned up the patio and porch to remove any residue. Even though they're not window washers, our screens/windows were very clean when they were done--a nice bonus. Very professional and courteous.

I contacted Mr. Mirshak over the phone on Aug 18th and setup an appt. for the pressure wash for the driveway. it was a pleasure talking to him and he was very professional and explained his services clearly. He took my address and the details, and provided me with a quote over the phone. Also, we setup a date for the services. He came today with his crew and did an excellent job!

It was easy to schedule with Kim. The crew arrived at the agreed upon date and completed their work. When I returned home, the patio area, sidewalks, driveway all looked like new. They moved the patio furniture and put it back when they finished. Our concrete areas haven't looked this good since we moved in years ago. I'm very pleased with the work and would hire KDS again for pressure washing.

Great. Kim returned my call within 2 hours, explained their pricing and services, and scheduled the work at his earliest date. He and his son David arrived with their truck mounted cleaning unit and stand-alone units for the patio and driveway and did a great job cleaning everything. I am extremely pleased with their work and will definitely hire them again.

They arrived exactly when they said they would and went to work getting the patio furniture moved to one location. They explained how different pressure was used for brick and siding so that neither was damaged. They were finished and every thing was placed on the decks. They were completed when they said they could.

I liked that KDS performs many commercial contracts as well as residential pressure washing, so I knew that they had a good reputation. Kim explained everything very thoroughly to me and they were also able to get out to do the service much quicker than another company I called. They were a bit more expensive, but they seemed to know what they were talking about and, again, could come out much sooner. They did take a bit of paint off my house, which I know is common, but will still be a hassle to repaint because it's up very high. The bleach solution also really fried some of my bushes (to the point where I thought they were dead), but fortunately they eventually bounced back. Perhaps bushes could be covered with plastic beforehand.
