HOUSTON PROFESSIONAL COMPUTER SERVICE INC

I had read a good review of this company on Angies List. I called the HPCS owner and he was able to send a technician some out the same day. The owner, about whom the good review had been posted, didnt come out, but I figured any tech he sent should be good. Unfortunately, that was not true. The tech was very prompt but didnt appear to be very knowledgeable and was not professional at all. He worked on my computer for six hours during which time I could hear him venting his frustration. He also used my bathroom without asking -- I certainly understand someone's needing to use the restroom but every other serviceman has always asked first. (I could tell that he didnt wash his hands before he went back to using my keyboard.) After he left, I had many problems with the computer and had to pay a repairman from another computer company to repair what the HPCS tech had done.

Scott is very dependable, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. He has become a personal friend and I highly recommend him.
