+ -1 moreI have been trying for over a month and it is still not installed. This is the most unorganized facility I have ever dealt with. The customer service is rude and the order frequently have errors. I have received wrong items as well as orders with the wrong names listed.
Description of Work: I am trying to get a new radio installed in my car.

+ -1 moreI don't do electronics, but my daughter and her husband love it. I told her that I wanted a T.V. and knew what size I needed. We went and looked and so I picked out a 40 inch T.V. that I loved. They had an offer where within 90 days or whatever if they reduced it I could get the same deal, so I saved an additional $200 because they went down to $799. I had no problem getting my money back either and they were fabulous. They were very knowledgeable and very, very, helpful. I came home and did my due diligence and looked at all the reviews and saw what people said about the T.V. and it's fabulous. I knew when I wanted the T.V. for the living room I also knew that I wanted this one, but I didn't know what model until I finally found the right one. I'm very happy with both of them.

+ -1 moreBest Buy installed a new home network for my computer and cleaned up the hard drives. The workers got the job done quickly and I feel that their staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. Everything works great. They did a great job of explaining exactly what they did and giving me instructions on how to use the new networking.
