DURATION PAINTING

His crew took exactly one week to paint a two story 2400 sq. ft house on the exterior. Mike first helped me with colors because I knew I wanted to update the look to the current year but had no idea what colors we should use. He made suggestions and together we picked out the colors. As the painters were working, our neighbors were very happy with the colors as well! Each day the crew arrived exactly on time and let me know what they were going to accomplish each day. At the end of the day, they walked me around the house to show me what they had done. It took them 5 days--exactly the amount of time they said it would and they finished just a few hours ahead of one of our sporadic rains. I was pleased not only with the work but the quality of the work and the paint. I know i will be recommending Duration Painting when the neighbors ask about it. Hire them! You will not be sorry!

On the day before he was due to start, the painter requested change of initial day of work due to schedule conflicts, and arrived on rescheduled date without any paint. He indicated that he would not be able to start that day if he had to pick up paint and he requested use of extra paint I had on site. After completing one area of three, he requested 1/3 payment (even though he used my supply of paint). I was under a deadline with guests coming, so I paid without complaint. He never returned to complete the other 2/3 of the job, and he did not respond to multiple phone calls or my visit to a neighbor using his services. The portion he painted bubbled up and peeled 2 weeks after painting. I tried phoning again and he did not respond to any messages I left. He stopped advertising locally so I assumed he had quit the business. However, he recently started advertising again with the same company name and phone.
