Description of Work: An appointment was made for 2pm on a Thursday for the company to come out and give an estimate for a complete gutter replacement on my home. At 3pm, after waiting for an hour, I called the company and left a voice mail message asking if there had been a miscommunication regarding the appointment time. Received a call back 45 minutes later and was told the team was held over on a job and the appointment was rescheduled for 2pm the following day. I decided to contact Berger Home Services to get a second estimate (had used them previously to clean the gutters, but was trying to give business to the most local company for the replacement). Berger came out earlier on the same Friday as Colony, who did arrive punctually. Their estimate was a bit higher than Colony's but because they offered what I believed were better hangers for attaching the gutters, plus they wrote out a professional contract for the work instead of jotting down the estimate on the back of a business card, I decided to go with Berger Home Services. Gutter installation is scheduled for next week.

Description of Work: I had the gutters with leaf guides replaced all around the 2-story home. Things went perfectly smooth as expected. The workers even reattached a window shutter for free that had been blown off by Hurricane Rita awhile ago and had been sitting in the garage. I also had them do a power wash of the siding in the rear of the house.

+ -1 moreThe company did a great job with the work that they did. Their work has taken care of our problem and I am relieved. They cleaned up well after themselves and left no metal shaving or trimmings in the yard. They came back to do any touch ups or adjustments that we requested. They did one piece twice for me to get exactly how I wanted it. I kept before and after pictures to show how great they did.
Description of Work: Colony Sun Screens & Seamless Gutters installed a new gutter on the entire home.
