She understood and supported our thoughts and ideas of what we saw in our renovated 1955 house, and worked incredibly hard to get us to a full price offer that we just closed on in the last few days. At Susan's suggestion, a stager came in and "staged" the house -- her help was invaluable. We only paid for the work that had to be done, not the services of the stager. Susan was professional and personable, kept us up to date on each showing and open house, and supported us in the entire process. And she's just a fun person to work with. Thank you, Susan Greer!

Description of Work: I met with Jackie Zehl and Theresa Lewis of the Coldwell Banker Bellaire office. When a property manager had failed to lease an apartment and also a family house I asked them to prepare the properties and lease . They inspected both properties, reviewed with me what work needed to be done to present them well. They listened to my suggestions and were direct about non necessary work.Their workmen started within a week, completed the job quickly and both were on the market within a month. Within 4 days of advertising they had offers of 1 year leases at market value on both. Agents quickly did background checks and deposits were received. Unfortunately one of the new tenants was unexpectedly laid off and he could not take up the apartment. Jackie Zehl immediately readvertised it and it was leased within a few days.

 + -1 moreScott was outstanding from day one, always returning calls/emails in a timely manner and and emailed us listings that accuratly matched our search criteria. We started our home search from Washington State and did most of the correspondence by email. Scott was very methodical and spent a great deal of time getting to know our needs and what we wanted in a house. When we arrived in Sugar Land, Scott stayed in constant contact with us and made the house search process very easy (this is the 6th time we are buying a home). I can highly recommend him; he knows the real estate business very well and turned out to be a very strong and competent negotiator during the purchasing process.
