They try to charge me an extra $160 that I was never told or approve by me .At time of service they stated $ 360 for total which was paid . Then he had to come back to fix damage he cause during repair unit keep running even when thermostat was turn off .Before he started working on it the inside unit was working. He was here all day moving wires around then he called in help .I believe the heater blew out because he did not knew what he was doing. Now they say the part is $3200 did not even ask about the labor was afraid to. Just told them I cant afford that after losing my job because of shut down because of covid-19.

Wonderful! Thomas was intelligent, informative and attentive to what needed to be done. He was Honest! I WILL use him again. And I highly recommend him to any woman who needs someone to explain things in a way you will not feel taken advantage.

Everything went very well, from the time I was approved they were ready to get me serviced, working with my schedule they were very professional and quick with the job. The owner is very personable and wanted to make sur I was satisfied with the work and everything. I would definitely recommend them.
