Quality of cabinets were great~! Cabinet design is awesome...Inlaid doors with glass...I miss understood...inside of the cabinets are hard Burch or maple...exterior are soft pine and dent easily...not sure why that type of wood was used but..I believe he made them like the original kitchen we saw....and quot;I believe I remember saying, I want my kitchen just like hersand quot; Next time we will know to be very specific and details and ask more questions. Stephen has a photographic memory and is very smart...Make sure you think about all the details and be specific of what you want...Do your homework before you start and be prepared for all the little details... Punctuality...was good...but into the job...there was a death in the staff family and that delay things a bit...but over all...all was great!

It went well, the price was fair. They did the work that they were supposed to do. The work was good quality. The only thing is that the workers were kind of creepy. They were kind of weird, they seemed kind of sneaky. I felt like I needed to stay and keep my eye on them. I don't want to ruin the guys reputation because he is extremely nice. I would use the service again. They sanded the shelving units and then painted them before wiping up the sanded particles. That might have been my fault because I was riding them to make sure they let me know when they were going in and out. I also had to pay for everything before they came out. The work itself is very high quality. People have complimented it. The shelving inside the cabinets are beautiful. He really listened to what I had to say. It wasn't exorbitantly expensive. I have a breakfast nook that has an antique lock on it. My ex-husband tried to take the lock before he left so it was damages. The owner of Artisan came out and did measurements for other projects and he also took the lock. He brought the lock back the next day and it is quite a ways from where he is to my house so he really goes the extra mile for his clients. I would just say if there were a criticism it would be that he needs to vet his workers a little better and then he needs to follow up on the work. He listened to what I wanted and incorporated that.

They did a terrific job.
