I was very impressed with his work and professionalism. Before he left, he told me, when I got ready to have the large wooden deck refinished, he would be interested in the job. I kept him in mind.

We used John Aljaz on August 2, 2013, to clean our front sidewalks and driveway. He did an excellent job and before he left, he told me, when we got ready to have the large wooden deck refinished, he was interested in the job. Because he did such a great job with the cement cleaning and was very professional, we kept his name on file for future business. However, on Sept 16, 2013, I tried getting in touch with him about doing the deck job. Sent him an email. No response. Called and left a message. No response. So, put the job on the back burner through the winter. In March 2014, I still wanted John Aljaz to do the deck refinishing job. So, I sent him a message through his online site. No response. I called and left another message. No response. I figured, if he did not respond after all those various ways of trying to get in touch with him, then either he was out of business, or did not care to do the job. If he is still in business, that was totally unprofessional of him. He could have extended the courtesy of at least one phone call to say he was too busy, or whatever. I was very disappointed with him. I gave up and hired somebody else for the deck refinishing and another more major job.
