Anja was very assisting right from the beginning. She was happy to answer all my questions and helped me not only find but get exactly what I wanted in my new home. She always had my back when it came to issues with the home builder and she made miracles happen. Anja was professional, extremely knowledgable and always there for us. She was always looking out for our best interests. She also accommodated us at every turn. We can't say enough good things about her. We would recommend her to anyone. And would never use anyone else should we sell or buy again.

This was our second experience with Anja Drewes. And again... Anja is the best realtor you can get. She always replied super fast if we had any questions. Anja takes her business extremely professional and serious. It took a while to find the perfect property but Anja was right there whenever we needed her. She explained the whole process clearly and simple and negotiated effectively and helped us whenever she could. We can not thank her enough for all the hard work she has done. We recommend her to EVERYBODY who is in need of a realtor but would specially recommend her services to German speaking clients since Anja is from Germany like we are. we just picked Anja from HAR website and called her about noon out of the blue one day, we asked her if she could show us some houses that same day, she met with us that afternoon and showed us 10 houses. We made an offer the next day, she negotiated the price for us and we closed 6 weeks later on time. She was always available for us and we work nights so we tended to call her with short notice. She also recommended a mortgage guy who gave us a better interest rate than we had gotten on our own. In addition she was very nice and pleasant to work with.
Description of Work: we recently used Anja as our agent in a new home purchase, she was very professional, she returned phone calls immediately, she followed up on things she said she would, and she was available and easy to get a hold of. We had not a single problem with our home buying process and do plan to use Anja again in the future. I really enjoy working with people like her that appreciate our business and I do refer her to anyone needing a real estate agent

Pleasure to work with. Very straight forward ad to the point, which is what we prefer.
Description of Work: My husband and I had Anja assist us with both a rental propery search in 2011 and the for a home purchase this year. On both occasions she was great about introducing us to the different areas, finding information if she was not familiar with something and just being OVERLY patient with us as we navigated our way through a new city (we moved from out of state last year). Whether it was obscure questions on our part or hurdles with purchase offers, she was always there to asssist. We have also used some of the people on her resources page on her website and they have been great as well. It was a long process finding us two different places, but Anja stuck through it and never batted an eye no matter how picky we were. She understood what we wanted and did everything in her power to ensure that was delivered.
