My realtor was Beth Collier. She was very knowledgeable about the process. My house had several full price offers the very day it was listed. Beth was able to look at the comparable properties in my neighborhood and help me choose the correct listing price. She was very friendly and in my opinion went above and beyond what a realtor at one of the big name firms would do. If I had a question she either knew the answer or found it very quickly. Excellent realtor and company as a whole. I would use this company the next time I buy or sell a house.

I called Monty from a Trulia review in my area. Muleshoe is rural TX and we wanted to sell my home fast. However, many of the agents in our area are not connected into the MLS. So, I feared that the other local agents would not market it enough and thus I originally intended to try selling my home as FSBO. But, we had some issues with the house from a storm and it became apparent that FSBO was going to be too much. So, I called Monty. He was very responsive to my inquiry and called me that evening. He worked with us through the storm damage and determined a good price for our home. Once we finally got our home ready to put on the market, he asked if he could use our sale as a learning experience for one of his new agents. We did agree. Lindsey was great to work with and was not afraid to say she didn't know and reach out to Monty for help to answer any questions we had. She did a lot of pre- advertising while we were tying up the last details and had a showing ready for when it was on the market. Within 3 showings, we had an offer. Because the buyer had contacted them to see the house, the realtor asked if it would be ok to serve as the intermediary. We decided this would be ok. Lindsey and Monty did a good job working with us through the selling process and even continued to help us out when we had problems with the title co. We are very happy with their service.
