Lynn is absolutely the best!! He built for us the garage with the outside second floor stair in the gallery. He also remodeled our old garage into a beautiful workshop and living space. He worked very hard and dedicated his time to our projects until they were finished. Lynn was kind, easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and detail orientated. He did a 750 square foot addition on to our house. It turned out just how we wanted it to,maybe even better. We are thrilled with the finished product! We highly recommend his business!

My deck is not quite done, but Lynn has been here every day working through wet and miserable weather when necessary. The deck project so far looks very good and we are excited to see the finished product. I would like to post pictures when my project is completed, so please send this inquiry again. Lynn is very easy to work with and his assistant is also very nice, hard working, careful and thorough, as is Lynn. We are planning to use Lynn's services for a master bath remodel later this year! Update: Our deck is still a work in progress, but is coming along nicely. The cedar that Lynn suggested is beautiful, I can't wait to see what it looks like after it's stained. I have had more time to evaluate Lynn's work and I have to say he is a man with an eye and talent for exact and perfection. I watched him, Colton and Jim work when they didn't realize they were being watched. There is nothing I appreciate more than a team of people who are masters at what they do. Colton is still learning, but it is not hard to see he is a willing student. Lynn obviously has a gift, I'm glad it's being translated to my project!

We had a massive deck project which included three separate deck levels involving the east and south sides of the house. Two existing decks were in poor and unsafe condition and had to be removed and replaced. One of the old decks (east side) was made completely of used telephone poles which did not require the same support structure as current decking materials require. Also, the old deck steps were constructed atop two parallel cinderblock risers roughly 6 ft. apart. Since one of those risers doubled as a retaining wall for a basement garage driveway access, we couldn't just tear it out and start from scratch with wooden deck risers. At the base of these steps was a rotted-out raised octagon-shaped deck that was built against a concrete retaining wall next to a creek. Plus there is an ancient and stately weeping willow right in the center of that octagon. Lynn did a phenomenal job engineering a new support structure while still utilizing all the cinderblock and concrete structures. I just let him have at it and the finished project is truly a work of art. He also replaced a rickety deck at the back of the house (south side) and added a walk-around deck to the new platform he added at the top of the steps going down to the octagon deck. He also constructed a new large lower deck behind the house with steps leading up to the top walk-around deck. All in heart redwood except for supporting structures which are pressure-treated wood. We are absolutely thrilled! I highly recommend LoJo Construction. Lynn was so easy to work with, has such a high standard for quality and attention to detail, and truly has a creative gift.

They do things well. They keep things straight and plumb. We have liked the subcontractors as men and for their quality of work.
