Description of Work: He did not pay us as the subcontractor on a particular construction job. This was a TxDot job and under TXDot rules, payment is due every month but still they did keep us paid. They waited until we ran out of operating money to keep the job going since they had missed 2 months of significant payment due to us, we could not furnish the materials. At that time they terminated us and still to this day we have not seen payment.
