Description of Work: Our heat pump on the furnace needed to be replaced.... I called Easter Air and a service tech came out the same day. Evaluated the units, gave me a competitive bid, and ordered the unit. It arrived at their warehouse and they installed it that day.

Description of Work: Checked the air-conditioner unit. Found out it needed replacing, then replaced it with a used unit he had at his place of business. Was supposed to get back to me concerning a new one by August 15, but has not returned as yet. Called the business on the 15th. He was supposed to call back Thursday afternoon or Friday morning, but has not as yet.
