Trigg Moore of Century 21 Home and Ranch handled everything in helping us buy a foreclosed home. Even though it was a cash sale, and it should have gone smoothly, the bank and the realty company representing them was pretty unresponsive, and created a lot of road blocks to the purchase. Trigg handled everything and expedited the purchase, lining up inspections in record time in order for us to meet their very tight timetable. As we were out of town buyers, his communication was excellent with us, and he kept us up to date on everything that was happening. Unlike some realtors I have worked with, I wasn't kept in the dark, or only given information on a "need to know" basis. I appreciated that the lines of communication were always open, and if I had to leave a voice message, he always got back to me within the hour. The thing that I was most impressed with is that unlike some realtors I have worked with in the past, Trigg's concern and involvement didn't just stop once the house was closed. He (and the rest of the staff at Home and Ranch) offered over and over to help if we needed anything-and when in the course of moving, we had not one but two vehicles we had just moved to the new place breakdown-and had no transportation to get us around-I took him up on his offer-because we didn't know anyone else in town. I called Trigg at 8:00 on a Saturday night, and he drove into town to pick me up and get me out to the house in the country-to our one remaning working vehicle. He was a lifesaver-I don't know what we would have done without him. Also when ever we needed any kind of information about our new community, including recommendations for contractors, Trigg and the rest of the staff were always ready to help us out. I later found out that the Century 21 team had found buyers not only for us, but 2 out 3 of our other neighboring houses on our remote county road-so the team gets results. I have recommended them to several people since then, and would feel confident to engage them if we ever needed to sell this house. They work hard, and are really concerned that you are happy not only with their service, but your new home and new community.
Description of Work: Handled every aspect of helping us purchase a foreclosed home. The provider acted as the buyer's agent, and therefore we did not pay them directly. but they shared in the house sales commission with the selling agent.
