Description of Work: major leak in flex line to hot water heater,,,,,happened on the weekend,,,,they got out immediately cut off the water and replace the line with a quality line so this wont happen again. also fixed three outside faucets. they had to remove the water heater and work in the cold.

Description of Work: We bought an older house that had multiple plumbing problems. including water heaters that needed replacing; replacement of existing lines; outside drains that wouldn't work; installation of toilets; and putting in new lines. We were lucky enough to have Ed Weber and Advantage plumbing recommended by another contractor, and we couldn't be happier with his work. He always tries to fit us in as soon as possible (most often the same day). My husband is a perfectionist and watches all contractors like a hawk, and he has not been able to find any fault with Ed's work-a first for him! Ed is detail oriented-but gets things done in a timely manner-which isn't always the case with detail oriented people. We also appreciate that Ed not only does the work he is asked to do, but he recommends alternatives that cost less, if he thinks they will work. We still have lots more to do, as we are remodeling bathrooms and kitchen, and will have Ed do all our plumbing work.

Description of Work: In my previous review I had kitchen faucet & sprayer and running toliet service call. Advantage came out and performed the service. Please reference my 7/2012 review. However, one week later sprayer was again not functioning properly and toliet was still running. Instead of contacting Advantage to come back out I posted an unflattering review. I ran into the owner, we discussed my dis-satisfaction with previous service call and he cheerfully offered to come back and make things right. Today, he returned and everything was expertly repaired to my satisfaction. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company and will definitely use them again. C

Description of Work: I had a low water pressure in kitchen faucet and two toilets that were leaking water. Provider showed up on 2nd day after I called. He was very courteous and professional. He was at my home approx 1 hour. He fixed leaking toilets by installing two float valve assembly kits and repaired low water pressure by removing converter from my kitchen faucet. I was happy with the work ....however I may be out of touch with service calls the total bill appeared to be rather high...When I expressed my opinion on the total charged he did offer total bill could be paid within 30 days of service call.

Description of Work: He installed all my faucets and drains in my bathroom and put in a new toilet.
