Had some minor flood damage from the recent rain and an irrigation problem. William responded very quickly and completed all the work in a few hours. He was very courteous and easy to work with. I will use him in the future.

We have been using this contractor for quite a while.

He is awful. He couldn't get the job done, and it ended up taking longer than expected. He said it would be done in five hours, and he set a price for it. He got into it, and he was having difficulties with the wallpaper. He charged me $200 more, and it took a few extra days to do it.

Showed up on time and spent about an hour hanging the fan.

Arrived on time,looked at the work to be done. Knew exactly what had to be corrected, made the necessary repair ,was on his way. Was very polite and professional.

They did a great job as far as the quality of the work. . They are little bit pricey. But the quality of their work was good. I would use them in the future.

He will do what ever you want. He is able to do more than one job. He is very friendly and tries his best. If something is not right he will go back over it. He is able to find things that are hard to find.

The work began when stated. They worked long hard days. Some additional work was required, than was not in the original estimate and pricing was more than I would expect for that part of the job. The quality of the wood work was excellent.

He came in and did the work he was supposed to do. He also did a great job of clean up, it didn't look like anyone had been there. I had no problems with any of the jobs he did. He was very prompt as well. My wife had a few problems with him so we probably wouldn't use him again. If it was just me then I would.

The price was less than 300. He was prompt and responsive to my comments.

HE WAS JOVIAL ABOUT EVERYTHING, BUT HE ALWAYS WANTED US TO BUY EXTRA PARTS. HE JUST DIDN'T DO GOOD WORK AND IT WAS ALWAYS SLOPPY. THE OTHER PEOPLE SAID HE HAD RUINED A LOT OF OUR STUFF.

2 gentlemen turned up to fix our aged garage door which had stopped opening. He quickly ascertained that it was not the motor as we had thought, but the spring. He went to buy a part and returned to install it. He also installed a replacement ceiling vent in the garage and re-attached the garage door brace. He and his partner were polite, efficient and timely.

He does good work, professional quality. Came when he was supposed to and was real considerate towards us.

The work was completed as identified to be corrected in a home real estate inspection. But prior to requesting his services, I had asked if he was a licensed plumber. After work was completed, his invoice did not have his plumbing license number. I found out only after the job was completed that he did not have an active plumbers license. I have yet been able to resolve this problem about his lack of renewed plumbing license which is required by Realtor for sale of home. Mr. Sutherland mentioned that he had a license but failed to notify me that it had expired. I attempted to request for a licensed plumber from him that can verify his work but has yet to respond.

I have used him for 20 years for handyman work for my home.

He was a very nice man, and prompt on the initial visit. Once he started to work things became less professional. The work we brought him in to do was fine, but he got dust in every corner of our house from cutting into the sheetrock. This could easily have been stopped by shutting doors, moving items, putting up plastic etc. He then did a okay cleaning job, but for $1325 I want my house like it was before the work. He charged $60 dollars an hour. The dog door installation was done very well. Based strictly on the clean up, it was so poor throughout I would not hire him again.

I saw an Angie's List report for William and gave him a call. I was glad that he answered the telephone himself. He was able to install the 2 ceiling fans promptly. I also mentioned to him that I wanted to laminate the floors in a bedroom that was being used as a junk room. He told me of a sale on laminate flooring at a local Home Depot. I purchased that laminate and all materials needed for the installation per William's instructions. William picked up the materials for I have a small car and he thought the materials would be too heavy for the car. In error, I did not go to the store William recommended but he did not complain about having to travel to two stores. William did a great job in moving furniture (including a heavy television) out of the bedroom and installing the laminate flooring. It is beautiful. As he cleaned, he asked where I wanted things. He also created problems around my home to get more business from me thinking that I would not notice. I wil never call him again.

I have used him for 20 years. There are times when he is not available.
