Everything went very quickly and smoothly in spite of the place being very busy. They told me to be sure I had everything out of the car and assisted with removing the plates and ez tag. They have a comfortable and interesting atmosphere to wait and even a restaurant if you need it. Also a play area for kids if you need it. I was very impressed with the operation, well thought out and managed.

Great experience in buying a car. No pressure, just a smooth transcaction. Will buy all of my cars here from now on and recommend them to eveybody.

I took my car to Texas Direct Auto to see how much they would give me for my 2008 car. I was greeted by friendly people at the door and directed to the service counter. I filled out a form, then someone took the form and went out to look at my car while I waited in the lobby. He came back about 35 minutes later with a printed offer. The offer was not as high as another offer I had and when I showed him the offer, he immediately matched it + $200. I told him I would think about it and let him know my decision. He said the estimate was good for 7 days. Three or four days later I went back to the showroom, showed my printed estimate to the people at the customer service desk and told them I wanted to sell them my car. They asked for my keys, the title, etc. and told me to wait in the lobby while they did the paperwork. About an hour later, one of the customer service reps walked to where I was sitting and handed me a check for the amount exactly as it had appeared on the estimate.

Overall I was really pleased with the car I bought - the book price said 15-16K, and I paid 14400 plus 1K costs........so I think it was a really good deal. The customer service left a lot to be desired. I was kept waiting to test drive for 50 minutes despite a booked appointment. When I paid for the car it took 2 hours for them to bring the car around to the front. One of the tyres was low so it took another hour for them to pump it up. There seems to be so many staff standing about, yet I was waiting for hours ever time I went there. After having the car for a week I had to replace the tyre as it kept deflating and could not be repaired. I felt that good car preparation could have saved me from doing this. Overall - good prices but be prepard to wait when test driving or buying!!

Great transaction this is the 4th vehicle i have purchased from Texas Direct Auto. My salesman Eric is on the ball. Listens to detail, and answers the phone everytime when i called with questions. i would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Texas Direct auto. I will be buying from them again in the near future.

It was an easy process. It's almost a carnival atmosphere, but don't let that fool you. They are very professional. Santiago was great to deal with ! The buying process was awesome - none of that " going back to my manager " thing. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The girl that closed our deal was greats- she explained every detail. I would definitely recommend going to texas direct auto!

There is no hassle and gaggle. You go online, put in your bid, and make an appointment to come in and drive the car to check it out. They let you take the car out and do a test drive and you can go to a computer in there and finalize your bid.

Their customer service is excellent. I couldn't go in there and come out without buying a car. Their financing people were terrific as they worked with me. It is good to buy a car which is usually negative but this was a very positive experience.

They have all their listings on Ebay and they are easy to work with. Their pricing is online, all the details on the vehicle and pictures. We went there for a specific vehicle but it had some issues with it. So we ended up switching to another vehicle. We had kind of picked out two before we left.
