Receptionist was nice.
Description of Work: Make sure your project is worthy of their business. Called and had an appointment for them to come out and give an estimate on a screened in patio, they then called and canceled because they didn't think it was worth their time.

Member...thanks for your feedback on our company. In contacting us over the holiday weekend, we may not have made a good decision about weather or not we are the right contractor for your project. When I was told about your project, it didn't sound like something we could help you with. Or at least it didn't sound like anything we've ever done before and I asked our weekend receptionist to call you back and cancel the appointment. One of our goals is to at least point you in the right direction. You are about to make an important investment and we don't want to waste your time if we can determine that we're not a good fit for what you're trying to accomplish. Please take a look at our website where there are hundreds of photos of projects and a good description of what we do.
