I like their punctuality, cleanliness, friendliness and professionalism. They've always been fair with their pricing. We've used them for like 25 years.

Awesome. We love this company. We have been using them since we purchased the house about 6 years ago. We have used them for annual servicing of our AC unit, and when we were ready to replace, we called them to do that for us as well. When we started investigating our options, we spoke with our regular guy who has serviced our unit since we bought the house, and he gave us his thoughts and suggestions. However, acknowledging the fact that he doesn't have the breadth of experience that the owner, so he lined the owner (Jim) out to come and give his thoughts and suggestions. We were concerned that the opening to our attic was going to be too small to fit a unit through, but Jim told us that plenty of units are made that would fit through the existing opening - which saved us a bunch in construction costs. The guys came out on a Thursday morning at 10:30 am, and worked all day, and again on Friday until about 3, and had everything up, installed and running. There were some small (very minor) hiccups - typical of any project people do in your home, but these guys are amazing. At the end of the first day, they consolidated all of their working materials up and put them in piles, to avoid them being in our way as much as possible. They even did a "man's clean up job" as the owner called it (hilarious. any person who likes a clean house knows what I mean here). I appreciated them taking the time to do those little things; it goes a very long way. Dealing with these guys, I truly felt like we were getting "old school service"....the kind you rarely find anymore. These guys will continue to be our go to AC people!!

It went pretty well with Sun Air-conditioning and Heating. I think they were able to partially resolve the issue that I was having with my AC. They were pretty knowledgeable about my damper system in the house, I know other contractors had problems with that, they just didn't want to touch it or they didn't understand how it works. The folks that they send over were knowledgeable in the system. When I called and asked the dispatcher, I specifically requested for somebody who has experience. They had to redo some piping and I remember it didn't work out the way they told me it was going to so when I said "you need to fix it", they came back and fixed it. I think they someone else the same day. I don't have any negative memories about punctuality.

I had to call them again a few days later. The excessive water draining continued and the unit would short out blowing hot air. They came out again promptly and supposedly cleared the line again. They said the circuit board needed to be replaced and since it was such an old unit, I would probably need to buy a new AC unit since they might not be able to find one. This unit is not that old. A month earlier, they had added Freon to another unit (one which is quite old), and said at that time, I should replace that unit, but this unit is only 4 years old. They said they would get back to me. They never called or contacted me. I didn't bother to call them back and called another AC company, who promptly came out and found that the primary drain line was still plugged. Once they really opened the drain line and put in a secondary drain for the upper drain pan, the unit has worked perfectly. It seems the Sun technician only wanted to sell me a new unit. While Sun has in the past provided excellent service, I was totally tuned off by this experience and will not use them again.

They did an excellent job, the guy was totally trustworthy, ethical, confident, professional and really knows his business.

They did a good job. The price was good. The job was done correctly and quickly. The did a magnificent job in everything. The price was very reasonable compared to other estimates. They will come if any issues come up and they have already came out once to service the heater. They were very professional and knowledgeable people. They are willing to work with their customers on the price.

Things went as smooth as could be possible. Called at about 5:30pm and left message with answering service. Call was returned by the tech within 15 minutes. I told him that the compressor would not turn on. He said he would be on site in about an hour. He showed up right on time and after a couple back and forth trips to the attic and 30 min he had found the issue and repaired. Very professional and very knowledgable, very good communication. The tech's name was Juan. Couldn't have asked for more. Also one more thing to note, even though this was an after hours service call, the deal on this website for "no additional charges for 24 hr service" was indeed honored without hesitation. We were charged just the standard minimum daytime call plus parts.

It went fine. We spent exactly what we though we did and they came out with in a few days. They guy who came out was very personable and very knowledgeable. He gave all kinds of advice, he didn't have to be telling me other things but he was very forthcoming and he answered all my questions. They couldn't figure out what the issue was with the system and I was thinking it may not be actually there, it's maybe the insulation but they told me all the steps they went through. I wasn't completely satisfied with the result. It's not their fault cause the air conditioning is working fine. They should probably get an A for quality because there was nothing wrong with the air conditioner.

I if they were too busy and shorthanded on a hot Saturday afternoon they should have informed me instead of making me wait for a long time

Because I am having visitors I needed it done quickly. Sun Air Conditioning accommodated me, Richard Socha is a great professional, very pleasant. He showed me everything in the attic and answered all my questions. Outstanding Service. Extremely clean. We also had a new Air conditioning Unit purchased from Sun Air Conditioning last year and that service was equally outstanding. This is an excellent company that we will continue to use and Richard will come twice a year for maintenance of the Heating and Air Conditioning System.

The crew showed up an hour late but once they arrived they started and worked quickly. They removed the attic equipment (so I thought) and began the new equipment install. When they pulled down the old coil, they left it in the hallway on their drop cloth and it began leaking trapped water and soaked some of the carpet. When installing the new unit, they tore the attic access cover. Once they had the unit running, they went out to the outside unit to check it. I met them outside and they said they were finished. I paid them and they left. After they left I made an inspection of their job and was disappointed with what I found. That is when I found the wet carpet in the hallway. Upon pulling down the attic access ladder, I found the torn attic access cover. Looking up in the attic I saw the insulation, recently installed, all matted down. With that I quit looking and decided to call their office to voice my disapproval. I was told the owner would call me back and come inspect the job within the next few days. That first night there was some rattling when the AC was on. This rattling continued over the days after until the owner arrived for the inspection. We went over the list of "defects" as I saw them. He addressed each one of them and in fact found parts of the d AC unit that were left behind. He explained what he did to resolve each of my complaints and said he would talk with his employees about their poor performance. I was satisfied with the resolution and the job.

Good: their scheduler answered the phone promptly, then scheduled the technician for the same day. The tech arrived early, found the problem, had the part on his truck and completed his work within 10 minutes. I was very pleased that there was no attempt to sell replacement or repairs beyond that needed, nor a service contract.

It was a little slow at first with setting up time for evaluation and also for installation but the men who came for both procedures were excellent: friendly, informative , efficient. I would hope those same men are still working for them when I have to call again.

They were prompt coming for the estimate, answered all our questions, and returned to do the work when they said they would. Installers were quick and clean with the work. Overall we were well pleased and they will be our choice for any service we have for our heat and air in the future.

Jim was on time and had my air conditioner fixed in just a few minutes. He was very thorough and found and repaired the source of the problem (wiring) and then gave the whole system a once over to ensure everything was in good shape. This was easily the best experience I've had with a contractor since I moved to the area two years ago. I will not hesitate to call Jim in the future and I highly recommend him and his company.

My experience with Sun Air Conditioning & Heating went okay. They did a good job at checking the a/c from outside. Inside, it was also okay. Overall, I'm definitely satisfied. The pricing was good, definitely excellent.

Went very well. On time, fairly professional and very informative. My only grip is that the rep made a small mess upstairs from the insulation in the attic. Other than that it is a great company.

I had an emergency and this company was able to get to my home on the same day by 1pm. Richard showed up promptly, found the issue, gave me an honest quote, and completed the work with a smile. He was very knowledgeable and did a very clean job. At the moment of this writing it is 2:15 Saturday afternoon and the temperature in my home has gone from 85 to 81 within a half hour. I will definitely use this company for my future AC maintenance.

this company was very professional in dealing with us during the bid process which extended over a three week period of time. We selected another air-conditioning company as the other company offered us more value for our money and were more responsive than Sun Country Air. We would have gone with these folks, but we were able to get what we considered to be a much better and more complete deal from one of their larger competitors. Good company, very professional and probably a good company for folks to look at for air-condition services.

He gave me several options for fixing my A/C problems. I knew about them prior to his coming. The price on the quote was reasonable and competitive.
