+ -1 moreSalesman, Jasper, is outstanding and was very patient as I had many visits with many questions. He answered everything and was always pleasant. The installation crew was excellent and the scheduler was pleasant as well. My expectations have been exceeded in all areas: product selections, sales and installation. I highly recommend Robert's Carpets.

Description of Work: Had Roberts re-carpet 3 rooms in our house. They have an excellent sales staff that worked with us to find the best choice for our home decor and needs. Roberts installers (Ed and Hector) were excellent and very helpful with furniture movement and replacement. An excellent experience all around!

+ -1 moreProvider moved furniture around to install flooring. They protected everything from dust & debris. Robert the installer knew what he was doing and explained it to me in detail. I had a LOT of questions since this was my 1st time having any remodeling done. I will be calling them out to do the upstairs of my house soon. The floors are amazing. The craftsmanship was excellent.
Description of Work: Ron Wilhite the salesman was so helpful providing us with so much information regarding tile & wood floors. He spent a lot of time with us picking out the perfect flooring. He is a hoot so be prepared to talk. Nice guy. Provider removed and installed ceramic tile in the 1/2 bath, & 2 full baths and around the fireplace & hearth. Took up old c-tile & replaced floors with Bruce wood floors, just beautiful by the way and we opted for an upgraded padding to avoid echos. They removed old baseboards.
