+ -1 moreJon showed up when he said. Emptied the pools and preped it as explained before hand. The next day the coating was applied as explained and then left to dry 24 hours. The 3rd day the plastering was done as told and in timely manner. Area was kept clean at all times.
Description of Work: We hired Jon Lyons and his company to replaster our pool. He has done 3 other pools for friends and family. He was very professional and punctual. He showed up at the time he said and the job was completed on time and budget. He gave instructions what to do once the pool was refilled and came back to adjust the water back to swimming levels. Other companies I had out to quote me on the process were charging extra for this service. I highly recommend Jon and his company R&R Pool Service.

+ -1 moreWe engaged this pool service for weekly maintenance and cleaning so that pool would be "swim ready". Jon, the owner, is very friendly. Assigned an employee that he personally trained to do the work. We were unhappy with the service, because we never knew the extent of the work done. We asked, several times, for a report showing what services were performed on the pool. All we got was a business card with the PH and Chlorine readings. To be fair, we can't say that there was anything wrong with the maintenance, but their unwillingness to provide a weekly report made us cancel the service.
Description of Work: Not sure what was done (see comment below). We think water was tested and chemicals added.

+ -1 moreHe is friendly and professional. He was prompt. His estimate was very close to the final price and there weren't any big surprises. He is personable.
Description of Work: Jon Lyon replaced our pump. We also use him for pool service.
