Description of Work: Re-finished bathtub, tile surround and terrazzo tile floor. The bathtub and tile surround came out really nice; the floor not so much (not really their fault, just didn't like the look of it). They had to come out a few times to make things right, but were always on time and without complaint.

Description of Work: Repaired the bottom surface of an iron claw foot tub that they had refinished 5 years ago. We unfortunately left a wet suction-cup mat on it and it peeled off the paint. My bad - their paperwork clearly warns not to do that. Repairs again were very professional.

Description of Work: |Miracle Method refinished the hall tub that had some rust spots. I had replaced the tiles and bath fixtures about 4 years before. The rust developed 3 years later. Replacing the tub would require that several rows of tiles be removed in order to replace the tub. The tiles were no longer available so all the tiles would have to be replaced. Miracle Method made my tub look good as new and saved me about $2000.00 dollars that I would have spent on a new tub, tiles and plumber plus the bathroom would be out of service for at least a week. The refinishing took 2 days. I made an appointment to see the product beforehand and the SW office folks were great and answered all my questions.
