Description of Work: The cleaning services were terrible. I was given an extensive list of things they would do following a walk through. The floors were left sticky. I decluttered so they could do a good dusting. I had to re dust the entire downstairs. The glass top breakfast area table had a gray film. The vent hood was greasy, the easily accessible baseboards weren't touched. I laid out Bona to be used on my wood floors instead they mobbed with water. The black appliances were streaked. The pantry floors were so sticky and greasy from the dirty water I had to get down on my hands and knees to re scrub the mess. They vacuumed well. It was a great deal of money for terrible work.

+ -1 moreThey will come back if they don't do it right the first time. I finally fired them after several weeks of unsuccessful cleaning of a 1 story house. There wasn't consistency in who was cleaning the house, nor on the process of cleaing. Many times the counters in the kitchen were not all cleaned, didn't appear to understand how to clean a glass cooktop, and didn't appear to know how to clean tile flooring.
Description of Work: I use Merry Maids for housecleaning.

+ -1 moreI have used them and I think they are too expensive. It was a completely empty house and there was nothing in it before we moved in. We had to go behind them and do all the window sills and the blinds and that was something that was in the contract for them to do. One lady comes out, you tell them what you want then you have to sign this piece of paper and then they send people out the next day or whenever they are available and they start to do what is on the list. They did not do a hundred percent. I guess it was really just the windows that they did not do and that was in there. Their response was not good. They were very professional.
