Online they had lots of different product. In the store they had limited options. They were friendly we were able to take our time and not pushed to make a decision. We took our dogs in there a very dog friendly place. For the future if there was a little more space and selection at the store itself would be good. They had a minimum foot print but an efficient operation.
Description of Work: We bought bamboo flooring from them.

The installation did not go well and I would not recommend using Lumber Liquidators at all.
Description of Work: Poorly installed Bamboo flooring that was supposed to be "floated". He did not use the proper under layment for floated installation and the floor turned out horribly. The floor looks good, but it is lousy to walk on. The floor creaks and crackles in certain spots, it is uneven due to poor leveling. I filed a claim with Lumber Liquidators and it took forever to get an inspector to come out and examine the floor. His report was scathing and cites the problem area with the entire installation. I am currently involved in a legal dispute with Lumber Liquidators because they have failed to remedy the situation to my satisfaction by pulling up the entire floor to begin a new install. The floor was installed in my home in Nov 2013 and it is not resolved as of today as I write this review. The installation provider and his team are totally unprofessional and they do not speak English. My front door entrance was left unfinished because the installer failed to anticipate the height leading up to the door. Flooring was laid over a vinyl floor in a couple areas because the sales person that came to my home said they could lay over it and it did not need to come up. You will find that the sales people do not know anything about installation. The sales person sold me flooring to install in the bathroom because he said "Bamboo could withstand moisture". This is a direct violation of the warranty had I proceeded to have the flooring installed in two bathrooms. I would not recommend purchasing flooring from Lumber Liquidators or using their installation provider. The flooring is cheap for a reason, poor quality and their service after the sale sucks. The 30 yr warranty means absolutely nothing if it takes almost a yr to resolve a claim. DO NOT USE LUMBER LIQUIDATORS. Do your homework, research the web of all of the complaints that have been filed against them. I wish I had never purchased flooring from this company.

We were pleased with the initial installation in terms of quality and completion as promised. Several months later, a large section lost adhesion to the concrete floor and began to buckle up. It has now become a safety hazard! Contacts with the store personnel have at this point become completely unresponsive and unprofessional. Contact with the Corporate office is little better. After initially being assigned one representative, we were immediate (2 days) transferred to another, who has not contacted us at all. "We received your signed disclosure statement and photos. Your case file has been reassigned to Kerry. She is currently reviewing your case file and will be contacting your shortly. Please be aware that we are experiencing higher than usual volume and making every attempt to contact our customers as quickly as possible and in the order in which they are received. Thank you for your continued patience." My patience is not continuing at this point.

I went to the LL store and purchased the peel and stick vinyl plank flooring I saw reviewed on their online website. They had more than enough in stock for our entire house and a few minutes later, they had loaded it for me and I was headed home. It was as easy to install as the reviews on the website said it would be and it looks terrific. Loved the price....99 cents a square foot. The only other thing you need is a straight edge for cutting though I did use my paper cutter like one reviewer also said they used.

We priced flooring at 4 retailers, changing our minds from high end laminate to engineered wood during the decision process. Lumber Liquidators in Stafford had the best prices, great selection, and floor displays. The large order, approx. 1300 sq. ft., was available for delivery in a few days. We were given an easy to read, typewritten invoice. Salesmen were patient and made sure we ordered everything the installer would need. They recommended several installers. After interviews and estimates we chose one and have been delighted with the results. The store has convenient hours. A very good experience with the staff each time we were in their store, which was 3x before final sale.

A very good experience with the staff who were knowledgeable about their products and pricing. At one competitor, the salesman kept checking with the store manager, but the store manager never attempted to meet us (and we were in the store 2x).
