I was very pleased with them. They gave me a very professional bid and they did a great job and cleanup. I will be using them again. They fixed my skylight several years again. I have never had anymore leaks since they repaired the leak.

It went very well! The team at Joe Ochoa roofing made me feel like a part of the extended family, when small hiccups in the project arose they were in constant communication with me. They were slightly more expensive then the competition but the value they showed made me feel it was more than worth it.

We needed a new roof as it was in bad shape. We reached out to Joe Ochoa's company and we received an immediate response from one of their sales reps Humberto Lara. Humberto was GREAT! He was extremely responsive, answered all of our questions, and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Previously we were denied by our insurance company twice prior to us contacting Joe Ochoa. The reason why we were denied was due to the fact that no one actually got up on our roof, just the offset garage roof. Everyone, including insurance adjusters and roofers, were afraid to go on our roof due to the pitch of it. Humberto was the only one that actually walked the insurance company on our roof in order to see the poor condition it was in. Needless to say they won the replacement of our roof and we could not be happier. I would ask for Humberto if you call them. He is very responsive and extremely professional. We cannot thank him enough.

I usually do not write reviews unless the work completed is outstanding or poor. In this case, the work wasn't completed because of poor communication. I contacted Joe Ochoa and he came out to our house to take a look at some work we wanted to get a quote for (soffit repair and a fill a gap between the roof and siding in one spot). He seemed really nice and I actually thought maybe we've found a potential roof guy that we can count on moving forward. Joe said he would get me a quote in a few days. A week goes by and nothing....so I contact him and he says he needs to check with his assistant. Another week goes by and nothing....so I reach back out to him and he asked for verification of my email. I give it to him and then never hear anything after that. This kind of stuff should be simple. If you do not want the work, just tell people. Not a big deal, there are a lot of options out there. However, radio silence and ignoring potential customers when you specifically say you're going to follow-up on something is rude and a flat out waste of my time.

Originally we were impressed and probably would have gone with the company, but follow up on the sale was very bad. Would not risk using a company that is not responsive before the sale is complete, makes us question how they would do during the job.

We are so pleased with our experience with Joe Ochoa Roofing. They were highly recommended to us, and we are very glad we decided to have them replace the roofs on our two houses. Alfredo Loredo was our salesman and we could have not asked for a better person to handle our new roofing purchase. It doesn’t get any better than him. We spoke with six other roofing companies, and Alfredo was the clear winner for our business. He made sure everything went smoothly. During the installation he was always here, even though the guys installing the roofs were extremely capable on their own. We are so happy to recommend Alfredo and this company. We would certainly use them again!

Very pleased with the entire experience. I worked with Humberto who explained the entire process, kept me informed on the progress and responded to any questions or concerns I had throughout all phases of the project. I’m confident this was the right company to work with. The estimate was fair and comparable to other reputable companies. The project included replacing my roof, exterior painting and wood repairs where necessary.

First appointment salesman didn’t show, so my husband called and made another appointment. Shane Degeyter showed on time. Took pics of roof and gave us a presentation. After presentation we received estimate for work. One thing we asked for was to have same (130 mph) roof shingles as ridge and hip shingles (he estimated 30 mph hip and ridge shingles) for same price. He was to get back to us and it has now been a week and we haven’t heard a word.

They came on time and price was reasonable.

Great! Alfredo, the sales person, was there to check out everything. The roofing crew was amazing. We're real picky about our yard. They took care of everything beautifully and ran magnets over to pick up nails--many times. Great job! On time, efficient, neat.

They came and gave a quote and then did not return phone calls. We had put the house on the market and were disappointed because of the time crunch. Because highly recommended by friends we recently called to have them look at the newer house for repairs. Was told they would call back in three days and did not.

Excellent service! Competent technician, punctual, on time and would strongly recommend them to anyone who needs a roof. AAA Service they went above and beyond my expectations! Super company!

Joe Ochoa's crew completed the work in one day and cleaned up everything. Before quoting, he educated Nancy and me about why a low sloped roof needs a particular type of roofing and how the process is done. Of 8 roofers who visited us he was tied for the most knowledgable, and his price was third highest. His price is money well soent. After this job, his crew worked with gutter installers to make sure their installation was compatible with the roof structure and the roofing itself.

They have reasonable prices and had good follow up. I really liked that the foreman seemed to take a personal interest in helping me out. In my experience it has been hard to roofing companies that work on flat roofs, but Joe Ochoa completed the work. A minor leak occurred after the work was done but Joe Ochoa roofing came back out immediately, on their own accord, and fixed the issue. I also liked that a representative from the shingle company, GAF, sent me warranty documentation after the work was done. I recommend them to others.

I was notified when I called that they are not accepting any jobs except roofing due to hail damage. Their listing should be suspended or changed.

The agent would not send anyone out, so I gave up and said thank you.

I scheduled them to come by on Oct. 7 at 5 pm, but no one ever came or called. I tried emailing them afterward but haven't gotten a reply back.

We had used Joe Ochoa before when we had a sizable hole in our roof around another pipe. Perhaps squirrels had enlarged it. When we had called about that repair they came the very next day so they could get it closed up quickly before rains. They had done an excellent job so we called them again for the HVAC repairs. They came within a few days. We were told some of the surrounding wood should be replaced due to exposure to rain. The crew of two finished earlier than we thought. We asked if they replaced the wood, and they said it was OK. We called Josh, our contact, back immediately. He sent them right back out to replace the wood and to let us know they had done it. They were here longer that time. We trust Josh to follow up on what he says needs to be done. They are a very good company!

Joe O. Jr, was nice enough, and understood what I needed done (put in a window), but took his time in getting me a quote, Whoever is the one monitoring requests / messages from Angie's list does not respond in a timely manner. I did agree to the final price and left phone messages and Angie's list messages to try and schedule the work. No one responded, so regrettably I have to give them an F.

The sales person and I agreed upon a certain date and time. He never bothered to show up or even call and let me know he could not make it. I had other things to do that day and sat aruond for over 2 hours wasting my time waiting for him to show up. Not a good impression of the company at all now. Response to Dub: Here's the thing, my appointment was also for a quote for a new roof, not just a repair. It is a 20 year old roof, and with the recent storms, it is time to replace it. If you had to stop services on repairs and quotes, it would be nice to let those that you could not help know that, instead of setting up appointments and then just leaving them sitting around wasting time waiting for Ricardo and then having him and the office not answer calls at all, even if it is just to say he can't make it. Even with the bad weather we had, that is inexcusable. Also, get rid of the answering service that knows nothing about your products and have your employees answer the phones. It was super annoying to call with questions and the response from the answering service just be "We'll have to have someone call you back in 24-48 hours" and then not get a call back for over a week, if at all.

Call on the afternoon of 6/16/2015 because a plumber had noticed water on the ceiling. A bored person took all the information and said someone would be in touch. On Friday, I called again and this time got the answering service. Again someone would be in touch. This is Wednesday 6/24 and I'm using another roofing company. Still no call back.
