+ -1 moreIt was horrible. He was on personal phone calls the whole time. he didn't write things down. He didn't check everything that he was supposed to and that he told me he did. He lied to my face. He was completely incompetent.

home inspection
+ -1 moreI spite of the large amount of time spent looking the house over, he missed many obvious and potentially costly things. For example he did not notice that 2 of the 3 attic vents were not even wired. The third one was not working. Did not seem to have a deep understanding of plumbing. His report was much shorter and less complete than the example he has on the internet. He did not notice that the French drains in the yard were not working correctly. I would not use this service again.
Description of Work: We called this inspector on short notice. He came out on time and spent better than 4 hours inspecting our home.
