At the time I placed my order, I was advised of a delivery time of 6 to 8 weeks. Actual delivery time was over 12 weeks. I never received sufficient explanation for the delay. Additionally, in my opinion IHS was very slow to respond to my phone inquiries regarding the status of my order. On several occasions, calls were never returned. Ultimately, I was pleased with the actual shutters once they were received and installed. The quality was as expected and were properly installed. In my opinion, I think this company has some work to do in the areas of project management and meeting deadlines and handling customer communications in a more proactive manner. IAt the end of the day, I was pleased with the product, which is probably the most important thing, so I can't say that I woud not use them again. However, I would likely take a harder look at other providers before going back to them. I fully accept that things can go off-track, however it is much harder to accept and deal with when you are kept in the dark and you don't get the feeling that everyone is doing their best to make things right.
