Of course, our plumbing problem occured on a Sunday night... Luckily, they had someone on call. It didn't take long for the technician (Danny) to arrive. He was able to fix the problem by unclogging the main sewer line. He also went over a potential problem he saw. It was very helpful, so we can stay on top of things. He seems to have done a great job.

Very timely and worked without having to hold their hands. Have performed the work according to plans so far. 1/2 job remains.

Graham's did a great job from the time of the bid, invoicing what was put in the bid was what was invoiced, arrived when the said they would and completed the job on time. Very professional and nice, but incorrectly diagnosed the problem.

I have no water and told me it would take a week before they could fix. He dug a hole and said their is no pipe. Then he told me I had another leak. He said the leaks were fixed. Then my husband came home and their was a mess of water leaks in the house. They came out several times and still did not get the leaks fixed and charged for leaks that they did not detect or fix. They gave me an est on doing the work. I told him no because they did not do it right the first time. I hired someone else to do the work. I wanted them to replace the pipes. I was willing to do this but they only wanted to fix the leak which did not work.

Chris responded to the service call. He spent the time to discuss the plumbing issue with me and present multiple options for the fix. After deciding on a course of action, he proceeded to perform the work in an orderly and professional manner. Would recommend to others

Our house had two hot water heaters, They had confirmed that that the one that we had a problem needed to be replaced and also indicated that the other hot water heater was quite old too and would probably need service too. We had looked at Home Depot so we had a idea of replacement cost. They worked with us to replace both water heaters (45 gallon) with 10 year warranties for $2000, which was a good fair price.

It went great. The appointment was easy to set up and a quote was given for a standard toilet replacement over the phone. We received a timely notice that the plumber was on his way and he promptly arrived afterwards. He confirmed the estimate and mentioned that it was likely some additional work would be necessary if the flange required replacement - would depend on what he saw once the old toilet was removed. When the old flange came up with the toilet, it meant a little extra work, but exactly in line with what he had previously discussed. Chris was diligent and quick and had everything done very cleanly when all was said and done. Highly recommend and will be our first stop for future plumbing work.

It was excellent except I think they were very pricy. The module didn't cost me but his labor was like 300 bucks which I think is outrageous. Their service is good. The guy that did it's the same guy that I had come out here twice. I think he is the owner's son. He knows what he is doing. He was dragging about trying to figure out what was wrong with it, the kitchen one. When he couldn't fix it, it was the first time he never has done one. My only complaint with them is the price.

Together, they were punctual, polite, professional, and efficient, and we'd love to hire them again.

Chris showed up within the window provided and was quick to explain the repair that was needed to prolong the replacement of the entire water heater. He performed the service and was very polite. We have used Graham plumbing in the past and were extremely impressed with their timeliness and honesty. I will continue to refer this company to anyone that needs a plumber.

We had a Cristadur granite sink that was defective and cracked. Houzer sent a replacement sink to us but didn't cover the cost of uninstalling and reinstalling the sink and the drain and disposal hook up. I worked with both Granite Surfaces and Graham Plumbing to coordinate the switch and they were both awesome to time everything to cause me the least amount of inconvenience. Graham showed up on time, called to let me know they were on their way, provided and stuck to the estimated cost, efficiently and effectively installed the equipment and cleaned up after themselves. They're always responsive to my calls for help and the staff is very pleasant and professional. I would heartily recommend them.
